The reason we chose this place was to have a kitchen, and that was probably the only positive. Kitchen utensils were provided, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, etc. All standard stuff.
The location is very unwelcoming. The neighbors are very nosy and gave us funny looks. Although this isn't something the managers can really control, it's useful for renters to know. The place is not very clean. The floor was covered in dust which couldn't be picked up with a broom. The bedsheets and pillowcases smelled very strongly of bleach which made it difficult to sleep. The shower is broken so it squirts water all over the bathroom floor whenever we want to use it, and the mattresses and pillows were so squishy and flimsy that it was almost more comfortable just to sleep on the floor if it wasn't so filthy down there.
