Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage um schnell zum Disneyland zu kommen und bittet einen kostenlosen Shuttle an.
Die Kommunikation erfolgt über einen Translater, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Leider war unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht beziehbar durch einen Defekt des Schlosses, dieses wurde uns aber erst mitgeteilt nach dem eine Zahlung erfolgt ist.

La recepción pueden arreglarla un poco mas para no dar mala apariencia, pero el precio y la ubicación es muy buena ,y el desayuno es adecuado

Всегда приветливые и заботливые... О нас с сыном больше нигде так хорошо не заботились... Это очень приятно... Номера в отеле чистые и территория ухоженная, красиво и уютно... В Диснейленде каждый день салют, ощущение праздника каждый день... Мы жили в этом отеле почти месяц и не пожалели, что именно сюда поселились.. Завтрак очень вкусный ... Всем советуем приезжать и жить в этом чудесном месте!!!
The staff were very professional and friendly. Hotel offered a hardy buffet breakfast every morning. Hotel offers free airport and Disney shuttle. Safe area. We walked to the main street and stopped at a few businesses along the way. Private bathroom appreciated. Shower was great. Pool onsite. There is a massage chair, koi fish pond, turtle pond, luggage storage and beverages for purchase. Can’t stress enough how kind the staff are. Busy hotel with the majority of guests Chinese nationals.
I booked 2 hotel rooms and neither looked liked the photos. I was disappointed that my son’s room was on the first floor next to the stairs. Lots of noise and guest traffic. His one bed room was basic and small. His sheets had orange stains but the room was clean. Nice size bathroom with towels and toiletries. My room with 2 beds was basic. Neither looked liked the photos. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. No coffee or tea packets. Just a hot water pot and cups. Grateful for the private bathroom. My booking summary states I was charged for the rooms prior to arrival. The hotel stated that they did not charge me. My Booking.com credit card could not confirm a charge on my account was from the hotel. Spent 4 days going back and forth with hotel and Booking.com. Took so much time away from enjoying my birthday and my son’s 21 birthday. I paid the hotel bill in cash at checkout because the credit card company couldn’t confirm charges on my credit card were from the hotel. Booking.com stated on the 4th day that the hotel’s contact information was wrong in their system and they could no longer speak to the hotel representative. Now 8 days I have no confirmation on the credit card payment. I don’t blame the hotel. Bookings.com is a large international company they should have resolved everything in 2… 3 days. Very disappointed.

Фотографии в карточке номера обработаны ИИ настолько, что от реальности там только контуры отеля. Грязные номера с плесенью, сами номера абсолютно не соответствуют тому, что на фото, персонал убеждает, что все соответствует 🤡 Завтрак отвратительный, а в радиусе нескольких км нет даже магазинов, чтобы купить продукты. Гулять вечером негде, отель настолько на отшибе, что приходится ехать на такси до метро/приемлимой точки для прогулок.

房間隔音不好 會聽到門外上下樓梯的聲音,一大早也會聽到蟲鳴鳥叫
冷氣的聲音也偏大
蓮蓬頭的水量非常小 洗澡很不方便
早餐的結束時間滿早 六點到九點
雖然飯店註明有機場接駁服務, 但只有兩個小時一班,跟班機很難配合上, 所以也都是自己叫車往返, 沒用到這個服務
I had a pleasant stay overall. Initially, I was assigned a room on the ground floor, which was not very comfortable and did not meet my expectations. However, the hotel staff kindly upgraded me to an upper-floor room free of charge, and the new room was excellent, comfortable, and offered great value for money.
The staff were outstanding throughout my stay—friendly, patient, and always willing to help. Even when there was a language barrier, they made every effort to assist and ensure a smooth experience.
The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to Disney, which is very convenient for guests visiting the park. In addition, they can help purchase Disney tickets, making the trip even easier to organize
The hotel is quite far from downtown Shanghai and the main city attractions. It is best suited for travelers whose primary purpose is visiting Disney rather than exploring the city center.

Poor breakfast. Stuff speak no English at all. Attitude of stuff is not helpful at all. Airport drop and pick up is a challenge ti arrange, ended ho taking taxi to airport. Restaurant at breakfast is smelly and hard ti sit in it. No coffee in the room only cattle !
Nahe am Flughafen, nahe am Disneyland
Es gab vorab keinerlei Anweisung zum Flughafentransfer, dank Hilfe vom Flughafenpersonal klappte es dann aber zum Glück. Das Wlan funktioniert nicht sehr zuverlässig, also besser eine eSIM vorab kaufen. Niemand vom Personal spricht Englisch, das macht die Gespräche mit Translator leider sehr unpersönlich, aber geht irgendwie. Wenn man kein Fleisch isst geht man hungrig vom Frühstücksbuffet weg. Im Zimmer gibt es nichts, um Essen zu kühlen oder warm zu machen.
