Pros:

空港送迎とディズニーの送迎がある所が良かったです！
スタッフさんもお優しく親身に対応してくださいます！
バイキング形式の無料の朝食も美味しかったです

Cons:

シャワーの水圧と温度調節が難しい
部屋によっては階段の為キャリーケースが大きいと少し大変

I like the staff, they were so nice. Its okay for what you pay for
Pros:

The staff were so nice and helpful. I would go back there just for how nice the staff were

Cons:

The property is ok. We stayed there for 5 days and they did not change the bed sheets. The room is clean and modern. Location is abit far from the city

Reasonably priced accommodation for Disneyland
Pros:

The location is perfect for Shanghai Disneyland and they provide free shuttle service to and from the park. They have an in-house canteen which provides nice home cooked meals (you can order after a long day at the park). Decent Chinese style breakfast too.

Cons:

The room is a bit dated but was still comfortable. Good value for money near Disneyland.

Economico cerca de disney. Buen personal.
Pros:

Esta muy cerca de Disney pero alejado de todo lo demás. Lo bueno es que ofrecen transfer tanto al parque como al aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son simples, igual que el desayuno. Es una buena opción para hacer noche en el parque de forma económica. El personal es muy amable y se esfuerza por ayudar en todo lo que puede pese a la barrera del idioma.

Cons:

Las camas son muy duras. Esta alejado de todo y necesitas un coche para ir a cualquier cosa.

Great value and very friendly and helpful!!
Pros:

The hotel is in good location for Disney and transport to Shanghai!
The staff were brilliant and so helpful! The restaurant on sight was very helpful too as my wife is vegetarian and has a mushroom allergy! They were very understanding and worked hard to meet my wife’s needs!
Transport to Disney every day is great and collection too!

Cons:

The rooms are lovely however due to time of year the floor was very cold and even with slippers provided could have done with a rug to soften the floor and add warmth! Did not detract that it is value for money!!
Small fridge in room would also have been nice!!

Comfortable stay, bad breakfast.
Pros:

Very spacious room, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Super polite receptionists. I loved the free shuttle buses to/from Disneyland and to the Airport! Huge plus!

Cons:

Not a good breakfast. The Chinese man running the breakfast area, he kept turning off the lights for our family but keeping it on for Western clients or Chinese clients. I had to get up and turn it on for 3 times, I thought that was a bit prejudiced. Food needs a bit more variety. Other than that, it was fine.

Pros:

Te dan servicio para ir y volver de Disney y para llevarte al aeropuerto! La relación para el precio que pagas es muy buena. Pilla muy cerca de Disney y de Pudong. Aunque era difícil comunicarse, el personal era simpático.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy flojo. Las instalaciones están antiguas y necesitan de una buena reforma. Es complicado comunicarse con el personal por el idioma(incluso con los traductores).

Pros:

Нужен был недорогой отель на одну ночь рядом с Disneyland. У нас был вполне комфортный номер на 4х человек (2 взрослых + 2 детей). В номере было тепло, температура регулируется, есть всё необходимое. Всё чистенько. Есть трансфер до парка, но мы им не пользовались. Вызвали такси и через пять минут были в парке. Завтрак специфический, точнее сказать из китайских блюд, но что-то можно было найти) по сути отель находиться в местной деревеньке, т.е. очень локал. Персонал приятный, помогли со всеми вопросами.

Cons:

Не работало кафе. Слишком специфический завтрак. Маленькое помещение для завтрака, народу было много.

Pros:

Location is close to Shanghai Disneyland and they have shuttle services to and fro Disneyland. Their front desk and staff services were good, friendly and very prompt responses.

Cons:

Despite location close to Disneyland, there were hardly any amenities around, hard to get food or night snack.
Our quadruple room was a bit disappointing. It has 2 double beds, a private bathroom that's pretty much it. Wouldn't consider good decorations, and there were no cupboards or storages, our luggages and shopping were literally on the floor occupying walking space.
Another point to take note, our room was on the 3rd floor and there were no lifts.
