I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a night at a hotel like this one.
The place is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are perfect and the owners are incredibly kind.

Un joli lieu qui pourrait être encore plus agréable.
Beaucoup d’humidité dans le bungalow (taches de moisissures sur le plafond et dans la salle de bain. Avec une forte odeur cachée par du parfum.
Les transats sont vieux et les matelas étaient tous sales.
Les feuilles mortes ne sont pas ramassées sur les terrasses des bungalow.
C’est un peu dommage, ça fait un peu mal entretenu.
This homestay is within minutes drive from Mua Cave and old town Hoa Lu. Our room was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and had a gorgeous view!!! The host couple was very friendly and attentive. We pre-ordered breakfast the night before, and they served homemade breakfast with fruits and coffee. They also had bikes to borrow for free, we biked around the neighborhood before checking out in the morning. We definitely will come back!
The owners were just amazing. Very warm and welcoming. There was a misunderstanding with our room, but they solved it right away. Plus, as we arrived late and there were no open restaurants, they actually made us dinner. On the last day, they not only let us leave our bags, but also allowed us to use the room to take a shower and get some rest. No other words, just perfect hosts.

La chambre est splendide et très confortable! Le lit et la literie sont un rêve, il y a des lampes chauffantes au-dessus du lavabo, et plusieurs bouteilles d’eau sont offertes. Le personnel dévoué, aidant, le lieu est magnifique. La piscine semble très agréable mais il faisait trop froid pour que je puisse en profiter lors de ma visite. Des vélos sont prêtés pour explorer la région, le « feel » est « campagnard » et c’est une toute autre expérience juste après Hanoï. Des options d’activités organisées à faire sont proposées à prix raisonnables. J’aurais aimé rester plus de deux nuits. Le personnel vous aidera à organiser vos transports, vous n’avez pas besoin de tout planifier à l’avance.
Le déjeuner inclus n’est pas particulièrement bon, et le café qui l’accompagne est le même café instantané qu’offert dans la chambre. C’est un peu dommage vu l’extraordinaire offre de cafés partout au Vietnam. Mais pour le prix, ça ne mérite pas une véritable critique. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à distance de vélo (mais comme j’y étais pendant le têt, ce fut impossible de les tester). La baignoire est très agréable, mais c’est très long de la remplir et le chauffe eau somme toute petit fait beaucoup de bruit quand on ferme le robinet et tente de relaxer. Encore une fois, pas une véritable critique vu le prix. Le petit frigo fait aussi beaucoup de bruit et la nuit j’ai dû le débrancher pour dormir. Aussi, ça manquait de lampes de chevet pour pouvoir lire le soir dans une lumière agréable.

Presso la struttura abbiamo affittato il motorino che ci ha permesso di raggiungere ristoranti e luoghi turistici. La camera è spaziosa e silenziosa, il letto grande e comodo. la colazione non è a buffet e quindi può risultare un po' limitata.
Il nostro bagno aveva la vasca e a fianco la doccia ma che sinceramente non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare se non entrando nella vasca perchè non abbiamo trovato dove potesse scaricare l'acqua.
This eco lodge was the perfect spot. The hosts are so thoughtful, kind, and anticipated all of our needs. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is peaceful, relaxing, with a great pool and very sweet kitties. The hosts provided a yummy breakfast and lots of cold waters. We were also able to rent a moto bike from the hosts. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The most beautiful location we stayed in Vietnam! The bamboo huts are very cute. Comfortable beds.
We were worried about mosquitoes... but for our stay (3 days September) we had only one bite.
Breakfasts are basic but good. We had banana crepes and Chicken Rice. Best restaurant nearby is Grandma's Garden.
Property offers free bikes. They are functional, albeit old and not well maintained. Seats not adjustable high enough for those over 6'. That said ... I'm 6'1 and I managed OK to get to/from Mua Caves, and to/from the restaurants.
It's a bit distant from some activities if you don't want to bike.
The best hosts and best place to stay in ninh binh , they helped us with everything, i would come agian for sure , food is great,rooms are awesome and hosts make you feel home🙏
