Lovely Ambience and Kind Owners
Pros:

Nice ambience, very kind owners, and a delicious breakfast with several options to choose from. Free bicycles are available, which is perfect for cycling through the rice fields.

Cons:

The shower design isn’t ideal — if you take a shower, whole bathroom floor gets wet.

Herzlichkeit überall spürbar und sichtbar!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist großartig! Die Lage ist toll - wir konnten mit den Rädern die Gegend erkunden und sind von der Landschaft beeindruckt. Auch war die Entfernung bis zur Bootstour in Trang An mit dem Fahrrad gut zu bewältigen. Die kleinen Häuschen sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders betonen möchten wir die Herzlichkeit des Gastgeberpaares! Das Ehepaar ist so bemüht, den Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu gestalteten. An Herzlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen! Für unsere Weiterreise haben wir ein kleines Lunchpaket bekommen! Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Cordialità e ospitalità
Pros:

Marito e moglie gestiscono la struttura in maniera eccezionale, sono molto cordiali e ci hanno riempito di ogni attenzione possibile, ci hanno indicato dei tour per visitare i dintorni che siamo stati contenti di sfruttare. L'hotel sembra una piccola oasi.

Beautiful comfortable stay with lovely hosts.
Pros:

This place is so special, beautiful, unique, and comfortable! We were surrounded by nature, its beauty and peace, yet close to the city and attractions. We borrowed the free bicycles the first day and easily got to all the places we wanted.
I enjoyed the big in ground pool and the comfort of the tiny house we stayed in.
The hosts were fantastic the entire time, so helpful and hardworking! It shows that they care deeply about their property and their guests. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay here so wonderful!

Pros:

Le logement est très confortable, les propriétaires des lieux sont très accueillants. Nous avons pu louer un scooter sur place, mais il y a aussi des vélos à disposition qui sont gratuits.

3 night stay
Pros:

The room we had was lovely and peaceful and the hosts both incredibly kind and helpful - really accommodating and they always had time for us (It was also a pleasure to spend time with their pets!).

We would 100% book here again/ recommend if visiting. Also, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, which is always good!

Pros:

We have stayed in some amazing homestays in Vietnam but this was the best - in terms of friendliness, setting and standard. It's such a beautiful place with a luxurious swimming pool, leafy gardens and lovely little bungalows. They have free use of bicycles which we used to get to Trang An in about 15 minutes. The family are so kind and the pho meal we had each breakfast tasted so fresh. Highly, highly recommended

Einsame Spitze
Pros:

Ich hatte einen rundum großartigen Aufenthalt und kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Der eigene Bungalow war einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und mit viel Privatsphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool, den ich täglich nutzen konnte – ein echtes Highlight!

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Genuss: Man konnte im Voraus auswählen, und alles war frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und qualitativ sehr hochwertig.

Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, waren die Betreiber. Ich wurde unglaublich herzlich aufgenommen, fast wie ein Freund. Sie haben sich viel Zeit für mich genommen, waren immer ansprechbar und haben mit ihrer offenen Art eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen.

Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Pros:

This homestay was exceptional. The family were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. When I was sick, they brought me electrolyte drinks at no cost and checked in on me regularly as a solo traveller to make sure I was okay. They wouldn’t accept any payment for their kindness.

The facilities were great, the location was convenient, and the free bike hire was a nice bonus.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Parfait pour se reposer
Pros:

Mignon bungalow donnant sur le petit étang. Chambre et SdB impeccables. Petit balcon très agréable. Beaucoup de choix (à faire la veille) pour le petit déjeuner. Eau à volonté. Le plus remarquable c’est le calme. Pas de travaux ni de karaoké aux alentours. Coqs et chiens lointains. Incroyablement calme ! Sinon, le homestay est un peu éloigné des resto et autres lieux de vie mais avec un vélo ou un scoot il suffit de 3 mn. Possibilité de dîner sur place en dépannage. Très belle et grande piscine parfaitement entretenue.

Cons:

Le couple hôte est très gentil et plein de bonne volonté. On peut juste regretter que, même avec l’aide de Google, la communication ne soit pas simple.

A beautiful place to stay around the rice fields.
Pros:

The primate huts on the pond were beautiful! Even in the off season I loved feeling like I was surrounded by nature. The couple who own the property were lovely and let me keep using the bikes even after I had checked out.

Cons:

The shower drain in my room was a little slow, so there was a lot of water in the room, but other than that minor thing, everything was wonderful and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect beautiful and quiet place to stay in Ninh Binh area
Pros:

I loved this property with it’s beautiful gardens, quiet location, magnificent views, and lovely pool. The husband and wife owners have put a lot of care and love into this place and it shows! They are so lively and helpful and funny too. The individual rooms are nicely furnished and mine had a nice sized balcony overlooking the small lake and pool. The AC worked well, the bathroom was spacious, and I loved using the bikes to get around. There were several breakfast options and all delicious. There are some great coffee places and restaurants nearby. I wished I could have stayed much longer but was well rested even over a few days.
