Everything! Owner is the best 👌 really helpful and place is amazing!
The husband and wife owners were lovely and accommodating, very kind and helpful. It’s obvious they take great pride in their homestay. The room overlooking the lily pond was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was wonderful after a hot day of hiking, and the free bicycles were a much welcomed amenity. The suits that accompanied our breakfast choice were fresh and tasty.
The break fast voices were limited, mostly 3 different kinds of pho, or other options we usually associate with supper, or bread with deep fried eggs, bread with jam. The coffee was from a powdered mix, but fortunately there are excellent coffee shops a short bike ride away
Strategic location tucked away from the crowded areas, but close enough to walk/bicycle to Hang Mua and Trang An. Bikes were free of charge, which was great. For going to Bai Dinh and Tam Coc we rented a scooter for a very reasonable price from the owners.
The room was clean and spacious, everything was in working order. The grounds are serene and beautiful, you get a sense of being in a luxury private spot. The pool was clean and cared for.
You choose your breakfast the previous night from a large selection of delicious home made dishes. Every morning we also got a plate of fruit and coffee.
The owners are super attentive and accommodating, even though we only communicated through google translate, but it wasn't an issue at all.
Beautiful location, the owner and his wife were just the most sweet couple! very helpful and friendly.

The staff were incredible! My friend wasn't very well and they were so attentive with her, checking she had plenty of water and medicines. I booked an additional room with the lake view, and it was rhe most beautiful room i've ever stayed in. The breakfast was lovely, with a choice of different hot options. The pool was fab and the room was clean with a lovely bathroom. We were able to borrow bicycles for free to explore Ninh Binh, which was great! Have already recommended this place to lots of people :)

We pretty much LOVE everything about this place. The site is absolutely beautiful, the room very spacious, the bed pretty comfy and the owners were such lovely people. The pool is big and compared to other homestay is not in an awkward spot lol. They offer free bikes ! About 30 min walk from the dragon hill!
We liked everything, but maybe some people who don’t like having to walk much, it is a bit remote (15 min walk to get some food). It was not a problem at all for us though and you can always Grab !

The property is beautiful! You’re really paying for a view. The rooms overlooking the water were stunning. The bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious enough. The concept of the bathroom is very cool. The pool was nice and well maintained. The man and woman who run the place are so nice and accommodating. They make breakfast fresh in the morning and helped me with a bike each day.
The property was great, but I stayed in August and it was a bit difficult to keep the room cold. There were also some ants in the bathroom and leaves falling after the storm due to the indoor/outdoor design. Last the location ended up being fine, but it is a little remote so be prepared to either use the motorbike or use Grab.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt very comfortable at the accommodation. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. He regularly asked if everything was okay and whether we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He was always happy to accommodate our requests and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
We especially appreciated that drinking water was available at all times. The owner even reminded us several times that we could help ourselves whenever we needed water.
The accommodation is located right in the middle of nature, which we really enjoyed. It created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool because of the rain, so we can’t really comment on it.
We also thought the value for money was very good. For the price, we would definitely recommend this accommodation.
We cannot comment on the breakfast, as we did not have breakfast during our stay.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this accommodation and would like to thank the owner for his warm and attentive hospitality.
It was just wonderful—a warm welcome, a great breakfast, and, above all, excellent advice from Tara.
