It was awesome!!
Pros:

I liked the friendliness from staff,everyone was so nice and helpful.
Breakfast was really good. AC worked super good. Having a hit shower was surprisingly good!!
Location was excellent. For those with rental cars,the garage is adjacent to the hotel wit 24/7 security. Definitely a place to stay!!!

Everything you could want in a stay!
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant. I used the laundry service, and the prices were very reasonable. WiFi was good, and it was pleasant working from the patio. Breakfast was good. Rooms had A/C and were quiet; I slept very well. Lots of stuff is easily walkable. Nice view from the second floor. Private parking across from the hotel. They have a billiards table, but it's not really playable, more of a decoration.

Cons:

The pool is in kind of an awkward corner. Prices were higher than nearby restaurants.

Struttura centrale e ben tenuta, personale cordiale, ci siamo trovati molto bene. La colazione è a scelta tra vari piatti e viene servita nel bellissimo patio dell’hotel. Letto comodo e bagno spazioso.

Cons:

Frustrou nossa expectativa. Falta de transparência com o cliente.
Pros:

Localização, o refresco de boas-vindas, o bom estacionamento (algo difícil em León), a simpatia do barman Oscar.

Cons:

Pensávamos que seria o melhor hotel da nossa viagem de 10 dias pela Nicarágua, mas ficou aquém do esperado, por questões de conforto, mas, especialmente, por atitudes de falta de transparência com o cliente.

Quando nós escollhemos o hotel, o Booking informava "Café da manhã" incluído. Porém, ao chegar lá, nos disseram que o café era cobrado a parte. Nós questionamos e disseram que haveria um crédito para nós de 150 córdobas por pessoa, por dia. Esse valor não cobre o valor de uma refeição. Tomamos café uma vez lá e outras duas vezes na rua.

Outra questão foi que nos fizeram deixar uma nota de 100 dólares num envelope, assinado por mim, para caução contra danos ou consumo. Achei estranho, mas concordei, com a condição de receber a mesma nota. No check-out, me devolveram uma outra nota retirada do caixa, não havia mais meu envelope assinado.

Afora esses aborrecimentos, as fotos não condizem realmente com a realidade, os móveis são velhos, carpete do quarto com cheiro forte, o chuveiro é difícil de manusear, a piscina é meio suja, o pátio do café da manhã é cheio de pombos que voam pelas mesas.

A slice of peace in Leon
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Milton and Donald. Breakfast in the courtyard was the highlight of our day and we loved the traditional Nicaraguan breakfast which was included.
Very good location too.

Highly disappointed
Pros:

Nice room, bed was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayed while a wedding was happening. We could not use the pool, have a drink in the bar or even leave the hotel without disturbing the wedding, we were stuck in our room while we chose not to interrupt the wedding until the ceremony & speeches were over.
At checkout I made a case for a discount due to the fact we could not use any of the facilities and could not leave our room without disrupting the wedding and chose to respect the young couples day.
I was ignored.
I do not think this hotel is worth the value for what they charge regardless of our experience.
It came highly recommended and I was very disappointed.

Not the "perla" we were expecting
Pros:

Bed was good and bathroom appropriate seize for 4/5 star hotel. Nice interior and architecture. When we complained about some issues, staff was quick to act and follow up.

Cons:

You expect far more from the highest priced hotel in Leon. Very small room, booked via Booking.com btw, mainly filled with a bed. Not enough space to store luggage or bags. Breakfast was really very bad and underwhelming. We ordered espresso and cappucino one morning. Tasted like dishwater.
Staff all very nice, like everywhere in Nicaragua, but restaurant staff not on the ball at all or poorly trained. As earlier noted hotel acknowledged our complaints but that didn't improve the quality of the food or the experience.

A comfortable stay in an historic building.
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights in twin bedded room Verso on the first floor in the historic building. Relatively large room with comfortable beds, good airco and a sitting area on a kind of veranda near the room. The disadvantage that the room has only a small window in the bathroom has the advantage that the room was quiet, no traffic sounds We liked it as the front side of the hotel faces a one lane street with quite a lot of traffic. Very nice building and a beautiful courtyard We liked the breakfast served by a very good English speaking and friendly employee very much. The transfer by private car to Granada was well arranged.

Cons:

To switch on the lamp near the head end of the bed is rather difficult to use.
