Beautuful establishment, rotten service
Pros:

The place is beautiful and quite close to amenities like the airport. The breakfast staff were very nice.

Cons:

They inflated the price, booking.com charged me one price and they increased it by R200. The reception staff were also quite rude. I was given a room that seemed to have just had the carpets cleaned and it was smelly so I asked that they change me to another room. My card would not open the gates and they had to be reprogrammed.

my stay was over all satisfactory despite the disappointment of the food served on the day
Pros:

the location is perfect not far from amenities yet its it is located in quite place and private. the gym the rooms are specuis also the privancy from other rooms makes the place to be perfect for couples

Cons:

food i was hoping to get a buffet unfortunalety it was not serve on that weeked . we order food and they took forever to bring it plus the chips were full of salt further the drink ordered was not prepared the way i hope it should prepared

Very helpful and friendly staff, enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room.

Cons:

Breakfast, i missee bacon on the menu. the room had very little Tea and Coffee. at the Conference room, there were no sideplates at thencoffee stations. There were no glasses on the tables inside the conference venue.
