This was hands down the most unhygienic and appalling property I’ve ever booked through Booking.com. The photos on the listing were blatantly deceptive and bore no resemblance to the actual condition of the place. The bathrooms reeked of a horrible stench and were disgustingly filthy. I was asked to choose from three rooms, and shockingly, every single one was crawling with cockroaches—from the floors to the beds. It was beyond unacceptable.
When I asked the staff to clean the bathroom, their only response was to spray room freshener, as if that would fix the hygiene issue. This level of neglect and disregard for basic cleanliness is inexcusable.
Staying here was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. I strongly urge Booking.com and OYO to immediately investigate this listing and take strict action. If this is the kind of standard being allowed, it raises serious concerns about quality, hygiene and trust.

A Luxurious Retreat with Picture-Perfect Views
