This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott property. Housekeeping repeatedly failed to show up despite multiple requests, and even when they did, they forgot to replace towels and restock toilet paper. Although breakfast was included in my booking, it was unavailable on several mornings because staff said they were “waiting for the delivery / person” (seriously), and after a false fire alarm at 2:00 AM forced everyone to evacuate, the hotel never even apologized or acknowledged the disruption. The service throughout my stay has been disappointing and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the standard Marriott experience.

Cons:

To start with, I booked for 5 people but the room only had 2 queen beds for 4 people. There was no arrangement for a roll on bed or anything to accomodate the 5th person. The staff told us since you booked through booking.com they are not responsible. Upon checking in we found the bathroom floor was dirty and even had a used water bottle lying on the floor. We requested to change but other room was dirty too.
