Very damp home compared the the unit next door. I fell sick from the damp and musty smell, the staff were kind to provide me a fan which I appreciated but the mustiness coming from the cabin like inbuilt bathroom was still unbearable for me

There is no car park, which was very inconvenient. Before 12am , I was sleeping someone knocked on my door and open it immediately without waiting for my response. This was very frightening and made me feel unsafe. And the bathroom don't have shampoo for showered.

Maybe can setup air flow,room a bit smelly...like sleep inside bunker

Sound of people walking and water from upper floor is disturbing. Need to change room on second because of the bad management

I think the advert was misleading as it was not described as shared facilities, I thought I was getting a small apartment.
It was a room with no window, with some sort of bathroom you find in a caravan the whole room was mouldy and even though there were no windows, every night there were more mosquitos becsuse of the damp. I was disappointed with the place, the kitchen was a mess and cramped, there was no coffee or tea. You had to pay for the washing machine and dryer, when in the picture it doesn't show you have to pay. The advertisement felt misleading, if it explained all these things I wouldn't have booked this place.
