Precioso hotel pero mal insonorizado
Pros:

El entorno del hotel, la comodidad de las camas e instalaciones estupendas.

Cons:

La estancia no fue agradable por los repetidos ruidos de los huéspedes del piso superior (gritos, carreras, movimiento de muebles…). Mala insonorización, en definitiva.

Reclamación: Hice la reserva para 2 personas y el hotel SPA Atlántico, refleja en la factura 3 personas. Llamé al hotel para comunicarlo y me dijeron que se lo diga a Booking. Necesito que me aclaréis esto, pues no estoy de acuerdo con lo que me cobraron.
