Had a great stay - room was immaculate!

We had a wonderful stay. This is a new hotel that has only been open for about two years, and it really shows. Everything was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. We loved the stylish room and how comfortable it was. It had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dishes. The pool was fantastic, and the warm water was especially enjoyable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great selection: bacon, home-style potatoes, omelets, fresh waffles you can make yourself, and much more. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would definitely come back
The only suggestion we have is to add more photos to the Booking listing. There was only one picture, so it was difficult to appreciate how beautiful the hotel really is. We almost didn't book it because of that. In the end, we came in person and booked directly at the hotel. More photos would definitely help future guests see what a wonderful place this is.
Cleanliness
Bathroom was too small. Cramped. You can barely stand in front of the sink. Really bad design.
Good breakfast and clean rooms
Unfortunately, there were multiple issues during our stay.
The first occurred when I returned to my room one day and discovered that housekeeping had left the door open. The day before, I had requested fresh towels and sheets, and I knew housekeeping had entered because the used towels had been removed. However, they were not replaced, and the room was left unsecured. This was extremely concerning, as our personal belongings could have been stolen.
The second issue involved the manager, Stacy. While the other front desk staff members were consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating, my interaction with Stacy was disappointing. Upon arrival, she came across as rude, and during a later discussion regarding my departure, I was interested in exploring options that could have included paying to extend my stay by an additional day. Instead, I felt as though I was being accused of trying to "negotiate" for a late checkout. I was not attempting to create a conflict, but the conversation became uncomfortable due to what I perceived as an unprofessional tone and manner of communication.
Breakfast and location were excelent.
