Schöner Pool, großes Zimmer mit Balkon, wenn auch etwas bieder in der Ausstattung. Alte Zimmer, aber sorgsam renoviert.

Cons:

Wir waren zu den Cheyenne Frontier Days im Hotel und es gab im Restaurant jeden Abend nur BBQ-Buffet ohne weitere Wahl. Kleinere Wünsche nach einem Sandwich, Salat oder gar eine kleine Snackkarte wurden verneint bzw. gab es nicht. Für das beste Hotel in Town wäre etwas mehr Kundenorientierung schön.

Lovely hotel - v disappointed accounting & customer service
Pros:

A lovely hotel & I would definitely have recommended but the hold/deposit they placed on our credit card of $30 never fall off automatically after check out despite no charges on our room. I rang them a week later & no apologies but just that “oh yes sometimes it doesn’t fall off automatically but we’ll put it through manually” I asked why it didn’t go through automatically as it was meant to just be a hold but the lady couldn’t explain that to me. Anyway another week later, still no refund received. I rang again & was now told no, no charge had gone through. I went through it and then they agreed that it did but it was manually refunded! I said it hadn’t and wanted to speak with a manager. Was promised manager would ring me later that day or following. No call came and for the sake of $30 I decided to just move on & write it off as a bad experience. On principal v disappointing though.

Ruime schone kamer met grote bedden, mooi verblijf, heerlijk buitenzwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Vlak bij het stadje Cheyenne
