Pros:

Property is situated at the very center . All main beaches in north Goa are nearby. Excellent service. Very welcoming and polite staff. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained everywhere. Totally value for money. Would recommend it 10/10

Great location, staff are very helpful, rooms were clean

Pretty quiet at night which is helpful to get some good sleep!

Loads of food options within a 5 minute walk, all very decent prices

Good selection for breakfast at the hotel, fresh tasting food (really nice masala omlette), great indian options along with fresh fruit, cereal, toast etc

Only had dinner once, food was tasty and fresh, nice restaurant area

Cons:

Bathroom gets quite warm due to no fan in there (rooms are fine, they have AC and fan)

Told on first day we would get 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday during our stay, however this did not happen (had to ask a few times)

Pros:

We stayed in suite it is more than enough for us(2 adult+2kids).seprate walking closet,seprate bathroom n washroom and three balconies make the room exceptional.guard,housekeeping staff,manager always greet you with smile.breakfast variety is sufficient and taste good.hotel is about 800-900 meters from calangute beach in between there is market,u dont have to go far for market.they keep hotel always clean either it is morning or late night.their f&b manager is very coperative.at check out time we meet hotel's GM,he is gem of a person.

Cons:

We visit there in rainy season.there parking area gets messy.but as soon as it rains the staff starts clearing it.
