Pros:

Good breakfast, nice staff, quick problem solving

Cons:

The broken tv and shower hose. No extra toilet paper. They left less than a half a roll with no back up roll.

Excellent location on the edge of El Paso.
Pros:

Hotel seemed to be new. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good - nice options, plenty of seating, The location fit our needs, putting us on the east side of El Paso (we were coming from Phoenix and heading to San Antonio). Plenty of dinner options in the area.

Pros:

La distribución y facilidades que la habitación contenía.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza, cambio de toallas, recolección de basura, prácticamente no se dió durante la instancia. Sólamente una vez y porque lo solicite, una amable empleada llegó a hacer lo que específicamente le solicité: sacar la basura, cambiar unas toallas y facilitarme unos sobres de café para el coffemaker.

Pros:

This was the best hotel stay i've had outside of a resort. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate the healther breakfast options, like the veggie egg white omelet thing. Also, the kitchen that was included was perfect, I could've stayed her for days. Great location, easy access, plenty of parking.

Can't think of anything.
