Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please be informed that the room security deposit RM100 by CASH or Credit Card is printed as PRE AUTH only (which mean it's only work as hold" but not "charge". Therefore does not need to be refunded.") - Deposit RM100 refundable if no Damages/Missing/Stain found by hotel upon check out. SMOKING is not ALLOWED in hotel building and in the ROOMS. Penalty Rm100 will be charged if found smoking inside room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I was disappointed
Pros:

Facilities are good.

Cons:

Room was extremely noisy with the trafic jam. I left the hotel after 1 night instead of 2 booked.

Great room and location, terrible reception staff
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Its very clean and convenient, just next to public transport.

Cons:

Extremely rude receptionist staff. (14th Feb 2026 9.30am until 10.30am)

Basically shouted at us and refused to give helpful and correct parking information when we asked.

Pros:

Ubicació al costat mateix de la.parada de metro. A 3 parades de KL sentral. Habitació molt gran, llit molt comode. Tranquilitat a la nit. Bona pressio d aigua a la dutxa. Personal molt amable.

Cons:

La piscina no esta al mateix edifici, la gent es banyava amb roba de carrer.
En general un manteniment justet de les instal.lacions.
Entorn poc agradable. S ha de creuar l autopista per un pont per trobar llocs per dinar, dins uns edificis de oficines.
Una mica car pel que hi ha.
