From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please be informed that the room security deposit RM100 by CASH or Credit Card is printed as PRE AUTH only (which mean it's only work as hold" but not "charge". Therefore does not need to be refunded.") - Deposit RM100 refundable if no Damages/Missing/Stain found by hotel upon check out. SMOKING is not ALLOWED in hotel building and in the ROOMS. Penalty Rm100 will be charged if found smoking inside room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Ubicació al costat mateix de la.parada de metro. A 3 parades de KL sentral. Habitació molt gran, llit molt comode. Tranquilitat a la nit. Bona pressio d aigua a la dutxa. Personal molt amable.

Cons:

La piscina no esta al mateix edifici, la gent es banyava amb roba de carrer.
En general un manteniment justet de les instal.lacions.
Entorn poc agradable. S ha de creuar l autopista per un pont per trobar llocs per dinar, dins uns edificis de oficines.
Una mica car pel que hi ha.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel except for poor lighting and clean up the wall tiles at bathroom.
Pros:

The size of the room is huge.
Hotel location next to LRT station which is easily accessible to Midvalley, KLCC and many more places.
Convenience store store available nearby.

Cons:

Poor lighting. Room and toilet quite dark at night.
The tiles wall at bathroom is not clean. Mould can be seen. The tile of the swimming pool is dirty. Thick mould.

The room was spacious. The bed is comfy. Daily housekeeping available.

Cons:

The location has no convenience store opened at night and is quite secluded. The house keeping forgot to refill the shower gel even though we have asked twice. The lighting in the room was too dim.

A very decent stay.
Pros:

I like the location. Easy to move because the LRT is just under the hotel. I have stayed here several time. My first choice when I am in KL with family.
