Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please be informed that the room security deposit RM100 by CASH or Credit Card is printed as PRE AUTH only (which mean it's only work as hold" but not "charge". Therefore does not need to be refunded.") - Deposit RM100 refundable if no Damages/Missing/Stain found by hotel upon check out. SMOKING is not ALLOWED in hotel building and in the ROOMS. Penalty Rm100 will be charged if found smoking inside room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

The location is great, right beside LRT and also can grab to many places which are so close. The rooms are so big!

Pros:

The location is very strategic. You can actually take the LRT just below the hotel and one stop away from Mid valley.

Cons:

The swimming pool is not well maintained. Hard to swim as the water is not clear.

Rooms were neat enough

Cons:

The hotel is right next to highway, it was super noisy. the building seems to be an old office converted into hotel so rooms as massive and well done. However, the noise if too much to have a peaceful stay. Thinly staffed reception.
