Loved the location close to everything in San Juan Del Sur also enjoyed the kitchen and lounge area. The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcomed.
Absolutamente todo ,limpieza , ubicación , amplitud , instalaciones y lo más importante el personal que allí trabaja es excepcional , amable , simpático , profesional con ganas de ayudar , en mi caso traté con Enrique , Jean Carlo e Inés , me dieron todo tipo de facilidades y me hicieron sentir como en casa .
Tuve una excelente experiencia en Chale’s House Hotel en San Juan del Sur. El hotel es muy cómodo y todo estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual hizo mi estadía aún más agradable.
El personal fue fantástico, siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: muy céntrico y cerca del mercado central, lo que facilita moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad sin necesidad de transporte.
Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente. 🌴✨

Très serviable, l'endroit était calme, très propre et la chambre a l'air climatisée.100% je recommande pour ceux qui veulent de la tranquillité et un endroit près de tout. Belle cuisine bien équipée, douche extérieure en revenant de la plage disponible et une belle aire de détente.

It is a very nice hotel. The room was small, but it had some shelves and a little table with a lamp. The shower actually had hot water ( we didn't have hot water in other places in Nicaragua ). The bed was comfortable. Very clean hotel. It was a common kitchen with kitchen appliances. Very clean kitchen. The hotel offered motorcycles for rent ($20 per day). Great location, close to the beach.
Electrical outlet was far from the bed (couldn't change a phone and be on the phone at the same time). The bathroom door was very close to the toilet (very inconvenient for taller people)
Notre troisième fois à cet établissement. Personnel qui répond toujours à nos demandes et questions Chambre confortable. Eau chaude. Super !
