Accueil et personnel au top ! Vue magnifique sur le lac et pas loin du centre pour aller manger dans un buffet.
Wifi instable et eau de façon aléatoire dans les sanitaires.
Wunderbarer Blick über einen "Fjord" des KivuSees, sehr gutes Essen, auch wenn jedes Gericht mit einer Wartezeit von 45 min in der Karte steht, dafür frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Eine ungeplante Verlängerungsnacht ohne booking com war 9€ billiger.
Die Zimmer über dem Restaurant, so auch meines, sind sehr klein: Doppelbett, kleiner Tisch + Stuhl. WC-Spülung funktionierte nicht, hab das Zimmer problemlos tauschen können.
Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer en het restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekker eten aan zeer democratische prijzen.
De badkamer was erg basic en er was amper waterdruk.
The service was impeccable. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The food was outstanding at a very good price.
Should keep up with a little bit of maintenance like mirrors required in the rooms, flush should be working perfectly etc.

If I stayed longer I would have done every one of the available trips.
The rooms are a little rustic but very clean- which is more important to me than having matching taps.

The views were spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, stunning scenery. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was basic but adequate with reliable hot water during our visit.
