Pros:

Todo estaba muy limpio y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. El personal muy amable y ayudan en todo lo que pueden.

Fue bastante caro para ser una noche sin desayuno.

LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL ESTÁN MUY BIEN

Cons:

LOS BAÑOS SON UN POCO PEQUEÑOS PARA EL PRECIO DE LAS HABITACIONES.
EL DESAYUNO NO ESTÁ INCLUIDO EN EL PRECIO Y NO ES PRECISAMENTE BARATO, AUNQUE BUENO.

Pros:

La ubicación cerca de Avila y Segovia, decoración habitación, está en un pueblo tranquilo. Muy buena atención y personal muy amable.

Si te gustan los spas, ve al Spa Viña Real.
Pros:

Me encantó el spa. Es fantástico. Me he divertido mucho aunque es agotador.. Julia es una persona súper amable y me ha atendido muy bien. El cuarto de baño de mi habitación me ha parecido bien, si bien yo pondría un soporte para los productos que el cliente trae y necesita mientras se ducha.

Cons:

No me gustó la cama. El colchón hacía ruido cuando te metías en la cama. Las sábanas olían muy mal, a productos que aborrezco. Y por último me han salido varias ronchas en la piel,; puede que el colchón tuviese ácaros.

Ha sido todo perfecto. La cama comodísima, habitación perfecta de tamaño, desayuno generoso y de buena calidad. El personal, imposible mejor: atentos, amables y muy profesionales.
