Impossible to contact the owner. The air conditioner did not work and there were ways to contact the owner but the owner never answered.

It was a very safe neighborhood! Near lots of cafes ! My family loved the Lebanese cafe/ restaurant! The owners were very friendly and healthy foods!!! Specialties Libanaises Karake is the name of the restaurant!!! Amazing food and pastries!
The Hôtel apartment was not easy to communicate with initially ! However, when we arrived we were well served ! We loved our stay !!!

This apartment hotel overall is worth the money. Pros: The neighbourhood is good and safe. Located 10 min away by walking from the subway. The rooms were nice and clean.
Cons: The contact phone number that was supplied to us by Expedia belonged to an employee who no longer works there. We had no way of communicating with the property. We only received the email with instructions 1 hour before check in when they were supposed to send it 24 hours prior. The lock box didn’t not open using the code provided so we had had to find the maid who luckily for us she was still working there and assisted with the lock box. Other than that all was good.

We were guest for few days with my wife and two kids.
Location is fantastic, close to transportation and to many many food shops for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The room was all right, for the price paid the biggest advantage is the neighbourhood.
The manager Martina was always of great help and she gave us lots of good advices. I would recommend this property.

In quiet area, metro 15 min walk away. Small supermarket 1min walk. Small kitchenette, no oven or microwave, but has a hob. Not much prep space and no drying rack. No plug in bathroom wash basin. Good shower. Comfy bed. 2 TVs, but we couldn't get the one in living area to work, no reply when sent a message. Other TV fine, so was able to watch in bed.

Smell like vinegar . Super tiny rooms . Small bathroom . No go

Excellent appartment, well equiped and spacious. Proximity to metro and quiet and lovely neighbourhood.

Localização excelente, apartamento funcional. Adoramos! Bom chuveiro, boas toalhas, cama ótima. Sofá cama um pouco barulhento e faltou apenas mais sacos de lixo.

La struttura è molto in ordine , in casa ci sono gli accessori essenziali e adeguati. Wi-Fi un po’ lento, forse andrebbero oscurate meglio le finestre per la notte.
La posizione è comoda per la stazione metro ( ca 12-13 min a piedi) e per i bus ( 2-5 min a piedi). Segnalo che le metro parigine spesso non hanno scale mobili , importante per chi ha difficoltà a camminare . Il servizio bus è una buona alternativa.
Ci sono diversi supermercati e boulangerie nei dintorni e ristoranti. Zona tranquilla , sicura e molto verde. Molto piacevole.

It was a really good place even we didn’t stay there so much.

On est arrivé à 19h comme prévu et notre hôtesse nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse : c'était parfait pour le we : très calme et agréable.

Nette studio op een goede ligging. Goede bedden en aangename handdoeken! Smaakvol ingericht. Alle benodigdheden aanwezig voor een aangenaam kort verblijf. De metro is ongeveer 8 à 10 minuten stappen om de stad te bezichtigen.

We arrived early and we were able to check in early. Service was exceptional and the duplex we were staying in was in excellent condition, very well maintained and in a very convenient area. Would highly recommend

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso la Lumier e sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta. La struttura è molto accogliente e ben organizzata. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari.
Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’host (Martina), è stata sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta anche prima del soggiorno.

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, ben collegata con il centro tramite metro. La consiglio vivamente a chi vuole un soggiorno rilassante, in un comune tranquillo e lontano dal caos del centro.
