O quarto estava gelado e o aquecimento central estava desligado pelo que tive uma noite fria mesmo com os 2 edredons em cima de mim. E quando os aquecedores de facto aqueceram não emanavam calor suficiente

KONTAKTLOSER SELF CHECK-IN funktioniert nicht richtig!
Beim Betreten des Haupteingangs sowie des Garageneingangs hat sich die Tür nicht geöffnet. Ich – ebenso wie andere Gäste – standen vor der verschlossenen Tür und konnten nicht hinein. Erst als jemand das Gebäude verlassen hat, konnten wir hineingehen.
Das Zimmer selbst konnte ich problemlos betreten.
Ich hoffe, dass auch andere Gäste eine Rückmeldung geben, denn so etwas sollte nicht passieren.
Die Zentrale war telefonisch erreichbar, jedoch war die Verständigung sehr schwierig, da die Deutschkenntnisse der Mitarbeitenden leider unzureichend waren. Eine wirkliche Unterstützung war dadurch nicht möglich.
