Perfect location for Hoi An nightlife.
Pros:

Great location and breakfast and a nod to their decor.
Pros:

Nice decor and front building breakfast area overlooking the river was superb. Very short walk along the river to the heart of the city but away enough from the loud music. Our room had the balcony and water view which was great but there was a mild mould smell - not a deal breaker if they can address the moisture issue which is prevalent in a subtropical place. Would definitely stay again.

El staff y la ubicación.

Cons:

Mobiliario, instalaciones en ma estado, el baño no tiene puerta, está integrado al cuarto, solo una ventana tiene block out, había cables pelados con enchufes y falta de higiene. El baño está separado por una esterilla.

Grat location! !!
Pros:

Great location just outside Old Town so it's quite and convenient. Amazing Staff who were very welcoming. Great breakfast with freshly cooked Pho and Eggs to your style . Staff quickly organised bycles for a great price. Thabk You !!

Cons:

No lantern boats came down that far when we were there. Still had a great view of the river.

旧市街のすぐ外側なので、タクシー等の利用が便利でした
スパもあるので、当日でも予約すると受けられます
ココナッツボートの送迎付きも手配してくれますし、英語も通じます
スタッフはみなさんとても親切で、居心地が良いです

窓から見えるリバー沿いの景色が綺麗でした

Cons:

バスタブにシャワーが付いているタイプなので、シャワーカーテンをしても、どうしても床に水が溢れてしまいます
どこのホテルも、お風呂事情はあまり変わらないようです。

Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff wonderful. Good variety for breakfast but the buffet was not always hot.

Cons:

Advertised in booking that they had cable tv, we were lucky to have ANY tv! First night we had none at all then intermittent the other 4 nights.
Lots of noise coming from bars and hostel across the river but settled down by about 11-12pm.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring Ancient Hoi An, the staff were amazing and the hotel itself was excellent . We couldn't fault this place, and it was really good value for money.

Lovely hotel in a great spot.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Right in the centre of old town. Easy to get to the shops, markets, restaurants, etc. nice hotel overall.

Cons:

The shower. Having a shower in a a very large bath was difficult to get in and out of. Also, the shower rose had no hanger, so had to hold the whole time. Bathroom got very wet and slippery. Also, being in the centre of town was very noisy overnight. Take earplugs.

Fantastic location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very good location and value for money. It is a very short walk to the shopping area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and honest, no faults. Comfortable bed and clean room. It is an old building so there were some structural issues e.g. damp patches on walls in the rooms. Overall will recommend!
