Pros:

It’s on a nice location

Cons:

I booked a family room on my arrival there was no key in the key folder I called and I was told to go to the room l opened and it was not cleaned .l was told a cleaner is coming to clean but I was now told to go to a double room and it was freezing cold .

A standard family room
Pros:

Location and private bathroom. With no reception, the management of property were quick to respond to online messages and queries.

Cons:

It was not a luxury room. There were a shortage of mugs and towels. Problem with Tv. Broken extra tv left in room. It was clean and comfortable but unfortunately disappointed. It’s the attention to detail that was sadly lacking with so much potential.

Fantastic stay worth the price
Pros:

Good location, close to the tram/public transport which allows easy access to the city/town easy instructions and a place was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

If soap and shampoo could be provided that would be a good bonus

Don’t stay here.

Cons:

Someone else’s food was left in the cupboard when we arrived
There was stains on the bed sheets.
Someone kicked the front door and broke it, which we later got accused off although we were out for the whole day.

Pros:

Everything. Easy access, great location, privacy, helpful staff. I arrived 3 hours early by train, and they allowed me to check in early, thus saving me precious time to go sightseeing etc without having to lug around my luggage.
