Great value for money.
Pros:

Very good location - in a quiet alley, but there is a street with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The host was very polite and helpful.

Cozy rooms but horrible services
Pros:

The rooms were nice and cozy.

Cons:

The service was horrible! Rental motorbikes have no phone holders (for navigation). When I asked for a holder, the receptionist said, that he can help, but the rental price will be 150k in place of 100k! When I asked to repair the shower head's holder in my room, the receptionist said, that it is not possible... I paid for two nights, but I stayed just one night because of changed plans. During check out I was assured, that later I could stay for one night no charge. When I was trying to check in for the second time, the receptionist asked me to pay again.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is ok. Price was good.

Cons:

Rooms start to have mold and beds are not comfortable.
I had to check out 2 nights into my stay because of an emergency and they still made me pay for 5 nights even though they could rent out the room again. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend this place.

When they say budget, they mean it, not a spot to relax.
Pros:

Shower was warm, toilet was clean, location was fairly good too. TV in the room had Netflix which was a plus.

Cons:

If you are looking to relax and get a good nights rest after exploring Dalat… do not book this property. The room we were given was about 4ft from the reception lobby where it seems families like to run around and let their kids scream at 6am most days, or you can listen to the sound of somebody phlegming up, so no need to set an alarm. I can understand there being noise with the room being so close to the lobby, but considering the staff knocked our door at 11pm to tell us to turn the TV down, this really did leave a sour taste in our mouth.
