Pros:

Avant notre arrivée, nous avons été informé par Whatsapp qu'ils allaient nous surclasser dans un une résidence voisine ( même groupe) car celui booké était en travaux. On a donc eu une chambre bcp plus grande que prévue, composée de 2 chambres, dont une avec une cuisine, et 2 salle de bain.
L'emplacement assez central par rapport à la ville.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est assez simple. On sent que le personnel manque un peu d'expérience.

Great value for money, staff were nice.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a brand new apartment which was fantastic, very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic, and the upstairs where you ate breakfast quite small and rundown.

Overall, it was a good stay.
Pros:

Great location in Cat Ba with nice view from the 11th floor. Rooms are nicely decorated.

Cons:

Shower with low water pressure. Not much for breakfast.

Pros:

The location was really good (but so are most hotels in the area - everything is a 5 minute walk in the town). Some people might like the mattress. It was incredibly hard foam.

Cons:

We went in the off season and you could really tell. Because it is a big hotel and no one was there, the facilities were limited. You decided breakfast the night before and it was really not great. Understandable, but I would advise staying in a smaller hotel which will feel less strange when it is less busy. Some people may hate the mattress. It was incredible hard foam.

On another note - do not expect any peace in your room until 23:00 at least. There is a karaoke place opposite and I'm not joking it is like they are in your room. I did not know speakers could be that loud. So no jetlag hopefully. Good luck!

Overall great stay in lovely place.
Pros:

Good location, large rooms, very clean

Cons:

Very noisy outside - karaoke, building works, loud speaker announcements. Beds too hard for comfort. Breakfasts not great.

We booked the room for two night, but we extended for a nother night.
Pros:

All the staffs especially Ms. Thanh were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with all of our needs and followed Thu to make sure that we were completely satisfied with what we needed.

Cons:

We did not get buffets breakfast due to low season; however, they took our orders a night before to prepare and served very tasty breakfasts. We felt like we were the “VIP”.

Beautifully 3 stars hotel on the large road very close to the Central Park, restaurants and motorcycle rentals. Everything we need was in walking distance. All the staffs were very friendly and attentive to all of our needs.

Cons:

Nothing. We like every thing.

The staff is so courteous that you'll fall in love with their behaviour. They arranged transfer, tours at cheap rates and we're their all the time to assist. Thank you!

Pros:

I had one great night staying in this hotel. Can't believe it's just 3 Star. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff are all friendly and the room is squeaky clean and nice design. Would come back when I have another time to go to Cat Ba.
