Pros:

Aardige mensen. Schoon. Locatie en ontbijt.

Cons:

Prijs stond op geen enkele manier in verhouding tot kwaliteit. Heel veel geld voor volledig uitgewoonde kamer. Dit was de vip-kamer (bovenin).

Despite getting a confirmation from booking.com and an email from lillys stories team - me and my senior citizen parents were shocked when the staff informed me that there is some problem in their system and our booking is.not showing. And that their hotel is full and we can't be accommodated. This is the first time ever we've experienced this, and booking.com provides absolutely no customer support whatsoever. The staff at Lillys stories was kind enough to move around in his bike to find another hotel for us. We ended up finding another accommodation by moving around in the brilliant auto services in Kochi.

Cons:

Anyone who books, please make sure to call them and confirm their booking. It seems like a good place and great location.

Welcoming and friendly
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They had a lovely restaurant downstairs and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Okey per pochi giorni.
Pros:

La posizione è vicina a tutto, davvero ideale!

Cons:

Camera e bagno molto piccoli, ci hanno dato solo 2 asciugamani grandi e uno piccolo (per 2 persone), nessun tappetino da mettere per terra dopo la doccia, nessun sapone.
Reception lenta, tempi di attesa lunghi anche la mattina per la colazione.
Colazione inglese fissa molto povera, ci è stato portato pane con patate. La colazione indiana andava richiesta un giorno prima e nessuno ci aveva informati.

Cozy bnb in great location
Pros:

The room has everything needed for a good stay. The location is superb, very close to the centre of Fort Kochi, but off the main roads. Everything is reachable on foot. The owners are wonderful and friendly people. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The restaurant is also good. Overall the price to quality ratio is very good.

Good stay for few nights
Pros:

Great location, main sites and places to eat easily walkable
Good Air con
Nice omlette for breakfast which was included
Lovely staff and small family run business

Cons:

My room faced a wall. So wasn’t really a room you wanted to spend lots of time in.
Could have been a little cleaner, some hair in shower in the bathroom but overall clean sheets, floors, toilet

Pros:

Loved the decor, the fab breakfast, wonderful staff and comfy bed. The location was perfect snd I felt safe walking around the area at night. Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Pros:

The Rooms Were Very Neat and Clean. And the Host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was very accommodative and even agreed to extend our check out time by a few hours for a reasonable price because our train back home was leaving at night. The location was fantastic. Close to most of the Biennale Venues in Fort Kochi and Mattanchery. And the surrounding area was beautiful. Breakfast was also very decent. All in all, we had a great stay at the Lilly's Stories. Thanks to the very hospitable host and friendly staff members.
