Absolutely fantastic stay!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The little details really stood out too, from the high quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches that made the room feel special. The food at the pub was delicious with a great selection and everything was well presented with generous portions. What really makes this hotelstand out is the exceptional service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to return and will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends.

Warm, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great - warm clean and comfortable room. Very friendly welcome the food in the restaurant was excellent, good portions at a very reasonable price. Very warm but it is easy to turn the radiators down, nice bathroom with lots of hot water. I would definitely stop their again. Another bonus great staff and friendly locals.

Friendly,welcoming and good value for money.
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at the Manor Inn and we would happily stay here each time we visit York, it is very welcoming Kathleen is a credit to the Manor Inn and so are the rest of the staff the pub is such a lovely place to have a really good meal and a nice drink and even have a game of pool 🎱.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing i honestly can't fault anything.

Weather was not good but we still had a great stay and did some walking
Pros:

A wonderful host,kathleen so welcoming, breakfast was excellent room was so lovely and warm . We will be returning later in the new year and so quiet bed very comfortable. Plenty of piping hot water for a shower

Cons:

I dont think you can improve on this great accomadation it is the best.
