Nice stay in the nearby lodgings to the pub.
Pros:

The fact that the heating was on and adjustable with a working towel radiator which meant that we could dry all our gear eventually after getting very wet walking The YWW. Pub interior and food not experienced as the pub itself was shut. Friendly welcome.

A real gem!
Pros:

If you want a proper Yorkshire welcome, Kathleen and the team are the ones to visit. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide a proper service.
The rooms were well equipped, comfortable and very generously sizes. Bed was so comfortable and the shower a real power shower!

Located close enough to York to go in for the day, rural enough to feel like you are in the dales!

Food in the restaurant was really enjoyable, we wished we had taken both evening meals there!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back again!

Cons:

Can not think of anything!

Exceptional value
Pros:

It was easy to find, room was very clean and comfortable, Bathroom/ shower was powerful and of a very good standard, we only wanted a light meal in the evening as we had eaten lunchtime, again this good quality and reasonably priced we chose this place at late notice because of the good reviews it has received and they are not wrong

Cons:

nothing

Je voelt je speciaal
Pros:

Ik voelde me bijzonder.

Cons:

Alles was tiptop in orde. Helaas hing er een vreemde lucht in de kamer (vocht?) Maar dat deed niks onder aan het verblijf.
