L'appartement spacieux et bien agencé
Cannot imagine best place to stay to discover Xian. Walkable distance to the walls, big rooms, clean, super convenient.Friendly and helpful staff.
I was missing some kitchenette where we could cook for instance? that would have been great, but nevertheless, amazing stay
Large room and comfortable bed, located about 20 minute walk to Xi’an City Wall, also close to metro line 2.
Smell of cigarettes outside of the room which permeates into the room.
The room was spacious and has washing machine.
The housekeeping did not turn up for 2 days even though I left the card to clean on the door. Sound proofing is not great. Metro is about 1 km walk.

Location was a bit of a walk to the wall, but it wasn't particularly loud outside (the other floors however, were a bit of an issue), and the room itself was very comfortable. Having 2 separate bedrooms felt nice and private, and the air conditioning was strong. We also ordered delivery once and it was a seamless experience from the 24h lobby.
Only 1 elevator takes you to the hotel lobby and it's often busy, so we had to wait quite awhile in the heat for the elevator to come, and we had a few issues in which we would inform the staff about something (i.e. wanting a refill of toilet paper) and having to inform them again as they've forgotten. Bizarre because we would inform them through wechat and they would respond affirmatively.
Additionally, the soundproofing from above flooring isn't the best, so if your upstairs neighbours are noisy, be wary! (We spoke to the lobby person about this however and they did speak to them on our behalf, which was helpful.)

The staff were very accommodating and helpful for anything that was needed! Really nice rooms with washing machine and everything else needed! They gave me aome washing powder so I was able to clean some of my clothes! Nice location in local area (although 30- 40 min walk to attractions and 15 min or so walk to nearest Metro)
Slight smell from drains which cant be helped/quite common.
Nice 2 bedroom with spacious common area. The room was clean and looked better than the pictures. Not inside city walls but of a short walk to get there. Staff was friendly and spoke English. I would happily stay again!

Только постель. Чистая, удобная.
Номер очень старый, кафель в санузле грязный, есть плесень, темно, холодно, окна не закрываются. На фото есть освещение, а по факту в гостиной два точечных светильника с минимальным светом, как ночник, в туалете тоже всё на ощупь. Туалетной бумаги нет. Номер рассчитан на 4 человека (две двуспальные кровати), оснащение (полотенца, зубные наборы, вода) только для двоих. Полотенец для лица нет. В туалете темно, ванная не закреплена, я перевернулась на пол вместе с ней, когда пыталась залесть во внутрь и принять ванну, получила травму.
Душ на стойке не держится, падает прямо на голову через каждую минуту.
Из удобств только стиральная машина и чайник.
Никогда не вернусь и никому не советую.
Posizione ottima, qualità prezzo ottimi, struttura pulita e staff disponibile, ogni mattina inviano un messaggio chiedendo se volessimo cambio asciugamani e lenzuola. Vicino c’è una farmacia e diversi convinient store
Il sistema di aerazione ha qualche problema, quando cucinavano (ai piani inferiori o superiori) la stanza si riempiva di un forte odore di cibo, potrebbe dare fastidio
The bedrooms were big and everything was clean. The mirror could have more light, it was difficult for make up.
If you are looking for a place with no traffic noise. Maybe this is not your hotel, its a bit noisy during the night. Other than that. It is nice and staff very friendly.
The room was good with a lot of space and a fridge and washing machine.
It wasn't too far away from the inner city of Xi'an.
