Pros:

This was not the first visit to The New Atlas and several comments I made last time had been acted upon. Well done!I appreciate that not every request can be dealt with but it does show that the staff/owners are willing to listen, which is really important.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small. There was only the one window to the side of the room.

Very neglected hotel and needs a descent management
Pros:

L was unable to stay at this hotel due to the dirt from the front of the to the room was disgusted. Cigarette butts was all over the front of the hotel. In side the hall way was smelling of dog and what ever they are smoking in both inside and outside the hotel. Because I did not stay in the hotel I requested for a refund and Tony the manager has been swearing at me when ever I call him to request my refund. He to leave a review if I am not happy so I am definitely not happy for losing a four days hotel fees.

Cons:

I did not like any thing about this hotel this is why I did not stay.

Personalised touch made it special. Great communication from the team
Pros:

Great location. Beds very comfortable and room was really quiet, couldn’t hear any outside noise. Great parking outside for a small fee and saved us walking from main car park.

Cons:

We stayed in room 9 and this was fab as kids had their own space as did we. It was my daughter’s birthday weekend and the staff put up a happy birthday sign and balloons, she was over the moon and this personal touch made it special.

Great for one -night stop over.
Pros:

great place to stop for a night near the tower. Walking distance everywhere of interest and eating places.

Cons:

There are only two parking spots at the hotel, which have to be paid for. However, plenty of strret parking from 6pm to 8am during my visit in late September.

Perfect location, nice strong wifi and the tv with all the extras. Carpet was very dirty bad smell and only enough coffe

Carpets dirty, very small bathroom couldn’t use shower. Really bad smell had to purchase air freshener and the toilet made a very bad noise when flushed
