Pros:

The closeness to the sea front

Cons:

The accomadation was not up to standard. Booked a 3 day trip with my daughter. Check in was at 2, we arrived at 3 and the cleaner was still in there. The room was awful, very small and the smell from the bathroom was toxic at times. Will not be staying here again.

Pros:

room was a bit small for it to be a double room size the only double was the bed. easy access to blackpool tower and shops nearby was handy and it was a quiet area .

Cons:

I wasn't very keen on entrance with palm and 4 pass digits for unlocking the door and same thing again for the room entry i had to store them in my phone for remembering them when out in blackpool to get back to the guest house.

Brilliant value for money, Tony is fantastic great communication will definitely book again if stopping off in Blackpool
Pros:

Location is perfect literally 5minute walk from main strip. Beds were comfortable and perfect family room for the 4 of us it was two rooms within the one we had our own space.

Very bad
Pros:

The hotel owner Tony was rude and lack customer service. Poorly attended to me by Tony.
The hotel room so small and not clean. Also people were smoking inside the hotel and making nosy.
The pictures doesn't reflect the real outcome of the rooms.

Perfect for a short stay in Blackpool everything is very close

Very easy access once you arrive. Everything you need perfect location for around the centre of Blackpool staff were friendly

Pros:

Room itself was clean and well maintained. Good value for money.

Cons:

People coming and going in the early hours. One room loudly having phone conversation at 3:20am. Mattress was a bit too soft for me personally but that's only because I need a firmer one.

Ok if your just sleeping there
Pros:

It was £25 so I wasnt expecting much but the check in process was easy and i when I contacted about the key code Tony answered straight away. Bed linen was clean.

Cons:

The room wasnt clean at all. Remote control holder was filthy, bathroom had hairs around the sink, drawers were dirty inside, carpets had stains all over and the whole place just needed a deep clean and freshening up with some paint.

Small cleanliness issues need sorted
Pros:

Location was great bed very comfortable & price brilliant for budget hotel

Cons:

Obviously a budget hotel but cleanliness was bad the smell as entered building was very bad & our bathroom was disgusting very dirty we had family room & 1 small towel each & kettel was disgusting inside so couldn't make cuppas, but apart from them issues for budget hotel it was ok

Good place to stay in blackpool. Easy to check in. Friendly environment.
Pros:

The place was in a good enough location. Not too far from the front and close to shops and takeaways. The beds were comfy and we managed to get a decent night sleep each night we were there. The shower was very good, really good pressure and easy enough to use. We got clean towels and extra toiletries when we asked which was great. The owner Tony, even though we never met seemed really kind on the phone. It is a self check in place, however its very simplistic and self explanatory which I liked.

Cons:

The only issues we had when at this place were very minimal. When we arrived the cleaners seemed confused as to why we were checking into the room and had to call for a manager, as there was a problem with the room. However this was fixed very quickly by themselves and they allowed us to leave the bags in the room. Which wasnt an issue for us at all because thats all we would of done had the room been ready anyway. Just to clarify the cleaners were really friendly, I think there had just been a mix up. The room itself could definitely of done with a touch up. The shower door didnt close all the way and there were some holes in the wall. However this isnt that much of a big deal. The beds were clean, the TV worked and the shower was probably one of the best ive tried in blackpool. Overall Id 100 percent recommend this as a place to stay in blackpool.
