Was my 2nd time staying there, probably one of the best blackpool hotels for a cheap weekend away friendly staff and a good clean room

Cons:

I guess my only complaint would be 1 day the shower didn't have hot water but a hour later it did so not really a problem

I booked this place for a quick stopover and lasted five minutes. The moment we got through and opened the door it stunk of crap we were absolutely horrified. The cleanliness was non existent it was a total shocker.
Seriously, we walked in and the first thing we saw was the toilet was full of poo and used paper. It hadn't even been flushed, let alone cleaned. If that wasn't bad enough, the pillows were visibly stained and filthy, and the floor had rubbish on it and the bin had not been emptied. This room was not fit for our family with a baby to stay in.
When we immediately went to ask for our money back, the owner went completely ballistic. Not only did he flat-out refuse the refund, but he got really aggressive, yelling, "What do you expect when you’ve paid £26?" He even had the nerve to ask if that was our "budget." When my husband tried to argue the refund, the owner offered him a fight. How professional!
The owner is an intimidating bully who has no business running a hotel. This place is a public health hazard and the most hostile environment we've ever encountered.
We didn't spend a single night, but we're reporting this dump immediately. Save your money, save your sanity—stay absolutely anywhere else.

I would say this hotel is excellent fantastic prices you will not be disappointed
Pros:

I really like how quiet it was and really had a good night very comforting mattress sleep excellent value for money and if you've got any problems the stuff communicate with you really well

Cons:

The bathroom could do with a good clean around and updated a bit better very outdated make the shower bigger for taller people as I struggled to wash myself very tight space
