Rooms are not cleaned every day unless requested.

However, I could hear our neighbors' conversations and noises late into the night.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean.

I could hear guests in the hallway and outside, which affected my sleep.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. First, the hotel has changed its name so many times that it was impossible to locate it on Google Maps. When I arrived at the airport, I messaged the hotel for the exact address, but they took ages to reply. I ended up using the map on Booking.com and took a Grab to the location shown there. However, when we arrived, the hotel was nowhere to be seen – the pinpoint on Booking.com was inaccurate.

After messaging the hotel again, they finally responded with the correct location, which turned out to be a 20-minute walk from booking.com map’s indicated spot. Walking that distance with luggage on poorly designed roads after a long flight was beyond inconvenient and frustrating.

When we finally checked in, the reception staff took an unreasonable amount of time to locate our booking details, even though we booked six months in advance. This level of disorganization was unacceptable and made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful.

The room itself was disappointing. It was poorly designed, with a large, see through window overlooking the bathroom from the bedroom, which I found uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. On top of that, the hotel did not look like the pictures online, which was misleading.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, disorganization, and misleading visuals.

WE HAVEN'T STAYED AT THE HOTEL. THEY SAID THE SYSTEM BROKEN AND THEY DIDN'T GET THE RESERVATION. SO WE HAVE TO GO OTHER HOTEL FOR OUR STAY. SO BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL. AND NOW THE BOOKING.COM BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON.

What didn’t I like about the property???? Mmmmm let me think about that… maybe the fact that the gave our room to another group right in front of our eyes, proceeded to blame a booking system error, make us wait for 45mins while they “fixed the issue” only to then tell us that they had booked us a taxi for a completely random location and take our luggage downstairs and load it into a random taxi. I understand that mistakes happen but do not make us wait 45mins, assuring us that we will have a room only to ship us off elsewhere in a foreign city we have no idea about! The staff were rude and useless. They openly whispered about my partner and I to each other with their hands literally covering their lips whilst maintaining dead eye contact with us.
