Front office staff and security were very kind, helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Didnt know there were 2 blocks. Lift was only in the main Block A. It was not stated when booking the hotel.

a good place to rest for a while

The staff was so friendly and helpful. ample of parking space
the room is big,
and the hotel is so close to eating place
The iron is awesome-it doesnt burn my cloth

Cons:

I think at that time it was full house, so maybe i get among of the last room.
The room looks like its been abandon honestly.
The duvet is small, the room is big which is good but looks bare.
and the cleanliness could be improve a lot more.

Cons:

Someone was smoking in the room. There was cigarettes ashes on the table and the smell once we entered the room. There were no toilet paper and hair dryer provided like other Roxy Hotel we stayed elsewhere.

Cons:

1.) Please service the aircond; it’s a bit slow to make the room cool.
2.) Kindly upgrade your lift; it’s a little slow.Sometimes breakdown in the morning.
Hopefully, in the future, we won’t have this kind of problem again.
