אין אבטחה בבריכה אנשים מכניסים בקבוקי אלכוהול מזכוכית חופשי כל אחד עושה מה שבא לו זוועה!! אני לשם לא אחזור!
כל השאר היה בסדר והצוות היה מהמם אבל אני לא מבינה מה הקמצנות לשים מאבטח בבריכה או אפילו מציל מישהו מהעובדים כדי לשמור על הסדר
משפחה של שלוכים פשוט באו והקימו את אמא שלי ואותי מהמיטת שיזוף ורבו איתי ועם חצי מלון הזיה הזיה ברמות!!!!
אמרנו לצוות במוצש כשעשינו צק אאוט ואין להם מה להגיד

צוות טוב, מתקנים מעט פחות
Pros:

אחרי שקיבלנו חדר עם מדפים מעט שבורים ומנעולים שמתנתקים מהדלתות, לצד צבע מתקלף בקירות, אהבנו את ההירתמות של צוות המלון להחליף חדר והמענה המיידי.

Cons:

בחדר הסמוך אלינו היה רעש כל הלילה, ריח של סיגריות ללא הפסקה.
ביקשנו לעבור חדר אבל נעננו בשלילה מכיוון שהחדר שלקחנו הוא יקר יותר ואין חדרים פנויים( כאילו הענישו אותנו פעמיים).
אין חברת אבטחה שתתמודד עם בעיות של אורחים
בעל המלון הגיע רק בבוקר "לטפל" בבעיה.
בבריכה היה אסור להיכנס עם שתיה ובבר לא היה מבחר של קוקטלים - רק משקה אחד.
