فندق نظيف وقريب من كل شي الطاقم ودود والاستقبال خدومين خصوصا كريم المصري وزميله التركي اشكرهم جدا .
A clean hotel close to everything. The staff is friendly, and the reception team is helpful—especially Karim (from Egypt) and his Turkish colleague; I am very grateful to them.

Pros:

Чисто, удобная кровать, отличный кондиционер, белоснежные полотенца и постельное, питьевую воду пополняли каждый день, на верхние этажи полноразмерный лифт, месторасположение шикарное, всё рядом, пусть вас не смущает отсутствие завтраков, рядом много кафе, хороший маркет в соседней двери. Номер хорошего размера, не кроличья нора, переселялись с другого отеля, оставили чемоданы в холле до заселения, вернулись уже под вечер, багаж ожидал в номере, приятно🫂 есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, на ТВ делали трансляцию Ютуб с телефона, можно смотреть на русском все что захочется, отличная функция на вечер и без впн🫡

Cons:

Возможно для кого-то будет минусом возможный вид из окна во двор-колодец, уточняйте при бронировании, нам это было уместно, наоборот хотели спать в тишине🙂

The room lacked natural light
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that, despite being a deluxe room, it was an interior room with no natural light at all. You couldn’t tell whether it was day or night. On the positive side, the room was quiet. However, the cleanliness could be improved.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, in a lively and convenient area with everything you need nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A special thanks to Kareem for all his help and continuous support throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. He was more than just a hotel staff member — he was like a tour guide, always ready to help us with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed.
