The staff and food are amazing
Showers man they need to ground them everytime i shower i get electric shock when touching the metallic knob
Food was great. Everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The general location of the hotel, unpaved and very bumpy roads leading to the hotel, the shower tap in the first room I was allocated had live electric current. Got mild electrocution.
The personnel where very helpful in all means.
The streets around the hotel are not ready, they are just soil. But this is not an issue of the hotel, it is municipality's issue.
Need a little maintenance/update to todays international standards
The staff were unfriendly and largely unorganised. Upon arrival, they couldn't figure out our booking even after showing them the booking confirmation email. Additionally, the receptionist had poor customer engagement skills-she was stuck on her phone while attending to us. We felt like intruders. The facilities were below standards. The shower for example had poorly done electric connection punctuated with exposed live cables-very risky. The bed was broken and shaky while the bathroom door needed some attention. Decorations and lights, frequently found in similar hotels, were conspicuously missing.
Overall,The facilities don't offer value for money.
