J’ai bien aimé l’accueil, et aussi un bon service au petit déjeuner. Le serveur était très gentil

Spacious room. Big TV (but no signal). Wifi network ok.

Cons:

No supply of hot water for the 1st day and zero explanation from hotel management. Poor breakfast: lack of varieties, half of the food cold.

L’accueil chaleureux du personnel que ça soit de l’accueil pour le checking jusqu’au personnel du petit dej et sans oublier le gardien de voiture.

Mention spéciale à Aymen pour le petit déjeuner est aux petits soins la moindre chose qu’il manque il sera là pour vous le ramener.

ils nous ont même garder hier le samedi 24 janvier 2026 le petit déjeuner au chaud malgré que le petit déjeuner soit finis à 10h on s’est levé à 11h45 et ils nous ont gardé une assiette chacun adultes enfants.

Cons:

Le lit de la chambre 201 un peu trop mou à mon goût pas assez ferme.

Hôtel très propre, chambres confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est absolument exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Bilal pour l’accueil parfait lors du check-in, et à Basma pour le check-out tout aussi impeccable. Tous les deux ont été professionnels, souriants et d’une grande gentillesse.
