The hosts where very ki d and helpful, a family run business, breakfast was also good, great omelettes.
Pros:

Absolutely great location, just off the Main Street down a lane, so super quiet , but a 3 minute walk to all the restaurants, it’s also close to the water, so a very tranquil setting

Friendly, family-run hotel in excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location, just over the old bridge (not riverfront but only 20 metres away and that means it's quieter), friendly, helpful staff, everything very relaxed, bikes to rent, map provided, tasty home-cooked breakfast. We arrived early but our room was ready.

The friendliness and helpfulness of our host family who made our stay very comfortable.

The location, at the corner of the lake was really good. Although it was only a short walk to the centre, we preferred this quiet location. There are plenty of cafés on hand where you can enjoy a snack, meal or drink overlooking the passing boats.

There are some great walks following the river (curiously not visible in Google Maps) which issues from the lake. The walks pass through the rice fields and small mountains via concrete paths, which are also good for two-wheeled vehicles.

Je recommande pour son emplacement à qqs minutes de tout, la chambre spacieuse, très propre, au calme.
Une piscine pour se rafraîchir après la journée de visite.
Petit déjeuner à la carte varié.

Cons:

Contact assez froid, sans plus mais courtois. On a mis ça sur la difficulté de communication...

Tam Coc far exceeded our expectations. Friendly, kind and super helpful helping my family arrangement anything needed. I will definitely stay there again and HIGHLY recommend to everyone.

Pros:

Grande chambre spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un vrai moment de détente.
La patronne et son mari sont très gentils et nous ont rendus des services à des prix très corrects ( 3€ la location d'un scooter à la journée, lavage du linge...).
Un grand plus: hôtel au calme, près du petit pont où passent les barques et de la promenade autour de l'étang, et 5mn du centre.
Allez-y en toute confiance!

Lovely stay!
Pros:

The location was very good, the property clean and well maintained, and the staff lovely. Breakfast was prepared when we ordered, fresh mango juice was such a treat!, and they went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
