Room and facility is nice. Very poor staff interaction.
Pros:

Room is a decent size. Quite a nice view. Really liked how the bathroom is hidden away from the view when you are on the bed. Nice view from the room.

Cons:

When we arrived the front desk staff advised that they did not have our booking despite I got asked time of arrival in booking.com app three days prior. Staff offered no help in confirming the booking and just told me to contact booking.com myself and gave me the "I don't care" attitude. End up booking.com have to call them to advise that the booking is valid and they had to create a new order on the spot. Their contact detail on booking.com is a mobile that's not valid. Very poor staff engagement experience.
