Прекрасное месторасположение. На этом все! Непорядочное поведение и мошенничество! За 7 лет поездок в Баку на Формулу 1 я впервые столкнулась с такой проблемой! Отелю должно быть стыдно! Бакинцы так себя не ведут!

Cons:

Мы, большой компанией друзей, почти за год до поездки забронировали 6 номеров. В течение этого периода с нами не связывались, бронирования были в силе. Однако, чем ближе становились даты проведения Формулы 1 в Баку, тем чаще приходили сообщения о необходимости обновить данные платежной карты. Мы это делали и никаких проблем не было. За неделю до заезда нам присылала администрация отеля предложения трансфера из аэропорта, кто-то из нас заказал его. Но в первую половину дня заезда (мы все были в пути - кто-то в самолете, кто-то на пути в аэропорт) наши брони просто отменили и выставили их по цене в 1,5-2 раза дороже или вообще заблокировали дни самой гонки! По приезде администратор отеля ответил что номеров нет и нас не заселят! 12 человек и двухлетний ребенок остались на улице!

Nice hotel in the centre of Baku's old city
Pros:

This is a nice hotel in Baku's old city. It offers good rooms at a decent price and a good breakfast with many options. The hotel is well maintained and everything worked as expected.

Cons:

We had booked three junior suites, but two rooms were downgraded without any explanation. We were not offered a refund. The staff at the reception were less communicative than at other hotels we stayed at in Baku.
