Đặt phòng xong đến nơi nhận phòng báo hết phòng. Làm ăn kiểu bát nháo, ko uy tín thế thì ko nên để đăng ký trên app nữa.

Pros:

Good position in the centre.

Cons:

Staff lazy and little cooperative.
Bins in the rooms had not been emptied.
Heating (we went in December and was quite cold outside) was not working in 90% of the rooms. When they finally found two with heating it was weak and did not warm the room at all.

Cold room and unfriendly staff
Cons:

The room was cold, heater didn't work en the shower turned cold after 1 minute. We asked the staff to fix it, so he came to the room. He didn't speak English en looked and sounded irritated when we didn't understand him (sighing, clicking his tongue). On google translate he told us he couldn't fix te heater and about the shower he told us that it should work again. I asked for another room, but there was no other room he said, so he gave us extra blankets. The shower problem was not fixed either. To top it off there was a cockroach in the room. When we complained during check out, the ladies asked why we didn't ask for another room. When I told them I did, they said I didn't and they didn't believe me. They had their colleague on the phone and kept on saying I didn't ask for another room. Also they talked to their boss. In the end they said they could give me 100.000 dong discount, I agreed, but then they gave me only 50.000. I didn't feel like going back and discuss with them again. Would not recommend going here.
