Great stay - would recommend
Pros:

Beautiful property, comfortable room. Location. Ate in the bar but also fine dining available. Excellent breakfast.
Also leisure facility but we didn’t use it.

Cons:

Don’t miss the sign for the parking if you are coming from the north - there is a large car park at the back!

Zeer fijn verblijf
Pros:

Ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Niet aan te tippen 10+. Personeel in het restaurant was over het algemeen erg jong en onervaren wat afdeed van de kwaliteit van het overal ervaring. Dit is niet te wijten aan het jong personeel want iedereen deed zijn best en was ontzettend vriendelijk. Als de leidinggevende van het restaurant meer aandacht zou hebben voor opleiding, zou zowel de klant als het hotel er profijt van hebben.
De kamer was ruim zoals verwacht maar niet wat er verkocht was via Booking.com. 2 grote 2 persoons bedden in een kamer bedoeld voor twee personen is overbodig en onprettig. Hierdoor was er geen rustige zitruimte die we wel hadden verwacht en was wel in de omschrijving van de boeking. Na te hebben nagevraagd blijkt dit meer voor te komen en is een aandachtspunt voor management en hun afspraken met derde partijen die de kamers verkopen. Buiten deze punten , die alleen als aandachtspunten bedoeld zijn, is dit een super hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Always a good experience staying at the Dun Raven.
Pros:

Great room and friendly staff - as always. Upgrade on the room was appreciated! Breakfast was really good - great selection.

Pros:

La chambre était propre, le parking extérieur pratique, l'hôtel est situé en plein centre, sur la chaussée principale, les jardins semblent bien entretenus. Les salles de réception et bar sont cosy et ont un certain caractère.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait à l'arrière avec vue sur 'toit', un peu décevant. A la réception, on nous a demandé une caution, ce que nous avons trouvé assez étrange.... IL y avait un mariage et la salle de réception nous était interdite.. N'avons pas eu le sentiment d'être 'bienvenus' à notre arrivée.
