Pros:

Everything, great apartment, close to main Ave nue 5,Ado station, beach all 5 min walk, most important great host(what ever you need here is there for you.

Pros:

Ivan and Diego were so nice and supportive. We really enjoyed staying here. The apartman was clean in the center there is a little garden where you can sit out to the table and have your breakfast etc. 5 min walk from ferry station,ADO bus station and 2 minutes from 5th Avenida. Multiple shops and restaurants around,their Romeo Italian restaurant is also great. Walmart like 7 minutes walk. We defenetly want to come back:)

Pros:

Ivan molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta, ambiente pulito, posizione ottima....
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Di fianco alla struttura c'è un ristorante italiano gestito da Ivan....con cibo di ottima qualità.

Great location lovely staff
Pros:

The team at the hotel and attached restaurant were all lovely and very helpful. Apartment is well set up for a few days stay. Excellent location with a fabulous coffee shop and a great local taco place within metres of the door, and close to the main drag.

Cons:

Others have mentioned the nightclub noise - I stayed 3 nights and this was only an issue on the Saturday night. But unfortunately there is now a building site next door which was noisy during the day.

Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, el trato de Ivan,las instalaciones muy bien pensadas, teníamos todo lo necesario.
Lo que molestaba un poco eran los ruidos de boliches cercanos hasta muy tarde

Mi visita a Playa del Carmen
Pros:

La ubicación, tiene muy cerca puntos importantes para mi. Tales como el ADO turistica, la hermosa capilla del Carmen y el muelle del Ferri para trasladarme a la Isla Cozumel. Me sentí como en casa.

Seguro y excelente atención
Pros:

La ubicación, cercana a todos los comercios, transportes, y supermercados. La buena disponibilidad del dueño y todo el personal ! Tiene un restaurante, excelente !

Cons:

Un lugar cercano, pasa música muy fuerte, pero sólo hasta las 12 aprox. No es tan grave.

L accueil fantastic de Diego. La taille de la chambre frigo micro-ondes. La propreté. L emplacement 5mn de la plage

Le bruit chaque nuit affreux j imagine que l emplacement proche de la 5 ème avenue joue

Safe clean place with exceptional staff and amazing food at the restaurant
Pros:

The owner Ivan and his staff go above and beyond to accommodate. Upon any request, someone will come to take care of things immediately. They offered to let me stay in my room 3 hours after checkout because it was available and I needed a place to leave my belongings. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious.

Cons:

Nothing - it could not have been better!

Немного шумно, но это специфика локации. Если нужна идеальная тишина, то вам в другой район или вообще подальше от Playa del Carmen 😄

Excellent location close to the Cozumel ferry and ADO bus terminal
Pros:

You could not find a better host than Ivan, the manager. Excellent communicator, very hard worker, and completely receptive to all our needs. His assistant, Diego, was also super friendly and helped us take our luggage to the ferry station. The room was spotless, featuring a huge king bed and a full kitchen. The restaurant in front, Romeo, was always packed with people raving about the food.

Cons:

The price was a little high but not exorbitant.
