This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. It is immaculate and well taken care of, and is probably the nicest place in town. It has been recently renovated in a very tasteful style, and the owner has retained the original wooden beam ceilings, which are beautiful. It is very roomy, and is more like a well loved home. The owner, Carlos is a very friendly and interesting fellow. He was quite accommodating, as my plane was delayed, but he waited for me to arrive so he could give me a tour of the house. He takes great personal pride in the property, as he should. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The main square is very close, as are restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Parking is usually available right in front of the building, and is only 3 or 4 Euros per night on weekdays.

El apartamento 1 es espacioso y moderno, dentro un edificio tradicional situado en pleno centro de Angra. La ciudad es muy bonita y tranquila, al menos a finales de marzo, sin turismo masivo. El anfitrión es excelente y atendió todas nuestras peticiones.
Por decir algo para mejorar aún más, puede que falte algo de menaje, como sartenes.
After almost four weeks, we arrived on Terceira, our fifth island. Casa de Foro was a real highlight for us. From the warm welcome with lots of information to our departure, the booking was a complete success. The apartment's size makes it ideal for long-term stays. The small courtyard, the many little restaurants, and the proximity to supermarkets... everything was just perfect. It's also worth mentioning that Maria and Carlos were always available. Carlos even offered to pick us up several times from somewhere on the island, as he was working nearby. Thanks again for everything.

Second apartment was not so good, it was difficult to open the windows.
Beautifully designed apartment in an historic building. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. Location is perfect right in the heart of Angra close to key points of interest and many restaurants. The host was so friendly and kind and always quick to respond.

I guess we got lucky staying in this historic building that’s been beautifully renovated with a lot of taste and care. Everything is brand new and stylish, and the space is thoughtfully laid out. The host is charming, friendly, and quick to respond.
El apartamento en general era muy cómodo, las camas y la ducha. La terraza está muy bien.
Faltaba algo de menaje. Por ejemplo una sartén o un cepillo para poder barrer las migas después de comer
