Pros:

The location was good, easy accessibility, the owners were really great and gave me lots of tips.

Cons:

First, this is a homestay. The owners offer one bedroom by the door to guests.

The room could have been cleaned, there was a cigarette butt on the table, and the sheets could be better washed. The facuets in the bath were faulty and never got any warm water, even though the water heater was switched on.
There was a power outage, and even repeated calls went unanswered, and I had to vacate the room in the dark as I had a plane to catch.
