SCARY!!

The room was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. I stayed on the 6th floor, and it was genuinely a terrifying experience! The room felt haunted, and I was disturbed by what seemed like paranormal activity throughout the night. I couldn’t sleep at all. It was a very frightening stay at E-RED Hotel.

Overall pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location near to eateries and the quiet surrounding at the corner with plenty of parking space, the spacious room the comfortable bed and the cleanliness. Room service for extra drinking water and toilet rolls were provided in a jiffy.

Cons:

There is no hand wash at the basin this is a basic necessity to provide. The room was not ready and we can only checked in after 3pm but when we wanted to request for late check out by one hour there were extra charges. Should be flexible and compensate us for the late check in
