Cons:

I had to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances which prevented us from travelling to Kuantan. Although the reservation conditions were that to cancel you must pay for the first night, fair enough, I decided to still request a free cancellation as I was cancelling only a matter of hours after the reservation. However, I got absolutely no response from the property whatsoever. That's poor management and I don't even know if they've registered that I'm due a partial refund. I hope booking.com looks into this.

Very satisfy with good facilities lobby, room, and the place near from other place.
