Pros:

早餐就在附近，有各种选项，海边有一个皇家高球场，可以接受一个人打球。其它球场都需要至少2人。

Cons:

504 浴室的排风扇太吵，修理工进来用 WD40 ，其实没用，一会儿又吵了
