The decor and friendly team.
Nothing at all.
Breakfast was good. The location was good. Bar and dining areas very good.
The room was quite small and very hot. The curtains could do with updating. The toilet failed to flush unless you lifted the cistern lid. The mattress on the bed was quite bouncy whenever you moved, disturbing your partner.

Shower was quirky and road noise at the front of the hotel was a problem for me
La estética del hotel.
No había aire acondicionado y la ventana de la habitación apenas se podía abrir. Pasamos muchííísimo calor de noche, siendo imposible dormir. Nos dejaron un ventilador pequeño que lo único que hacía era mover levemente el aire muy caliente de dentro de la habitación. Asimismo, el comedor del hotel no dispone de aire acondicionado ni de ventiladores, por lo que pasamos mucho calor cenando también.

Paul our host made us feel very welcome. He was friendly & really attentive and did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and very tasty. Dog Friendly - All the staff made a fuss of our Dog.

Beautiful building in a fantastic location
Old World charm close to shops and facilities but with nature and a beautiful riverside metres away. Also beautiful medieval Pershore Abbey around the corner.
