Tradititionsreiches Hotel in Pershore, das auf die Tudorzeit zurückgeht. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der High Street von Pershore, unser Zimmer (leider eher klein) ging jedoch nach hinten heraus und war deshalb angenehm ruhig. Das Hotel hat einen netten kleinen Biergarten, wo man angenehm sitzen kann. Sehr englisches Ambiente mit typisch englischem Frühstück.
Etwas irreführend fand ich die Bezeichnung "Angel Inn Hotel" mit der *****-Bewertung. Bei den Sternen scheint es sich um die AA-Bewertung für einen "Inn" zu handeln, nicht jedoch um ein *****-Sterne Hotel. Dieser Unterschied wurde mir erst bei unserm Besuch klar.

Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable and the premises as a whole are in a great location. My colleague went for a walk through the town and then along the river that inspired him to start looking at estate agents !!
Good clean breakfast with happy attentive staff ensuring my coffee was topped up regularly.
Sadly have the same issue as every other hotel, windows that don't open fully. Following dinner, I walked back into my room and all of the surfaces were radiating heat !! The only very small saving grace was in the fact there was a fan.

The room was really nice and the outside garden area was really nice.
I loved the way you had tea and coffee and a carafe of water and a couple of cookies. It would have been even better if someone had come in and refilled the tray of tea, coffee and water etc as we were staying for 2 nights.
Also, we had paid for breakfast but I couldn’t understand why you had to ask for marmalade/jam and that it wasn’t automatically on the table and that you didn’t get a toast rack with toast in.

Room was very small. Bathroom was minute. Very airless on a very hot night.
