Нищо,измамници са; дори нямахме резервация, не я били получили. В 03 през ноща обикаляхме да си търсим друг хотел и букинг.Обещаха да ни анулират резервацията когато я получат, но все още не са я анулирали!

Lage, Personal, Unterkunft, Verpflegung alles schlecht. In der Unterkunft wurde uns statt einen vierbettzimmer ein zwei Bett Zimmer angeboten mit dem gleichen Preis obwohl wir vor zwei Tagen bei Booking ausgebucht haben. Frühstück war inbegriffen aber leider gab es keine ausgesprochen wurde am nächsten Tag mitbringen sollen aber leider nichts bekommen.

Small room , no breakfast and basic

They didn't know about our included breakfast.. they sent us to another hotel for that..it's a one star from us..😒

We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM, only to find that the room we had booked (super deluxe) was not available. Our reservation also included parking, but the parking lot was completely full and we couldn’t find a place to park. The receptionist told us the correct room would be available by 8:00 PM, but when we returned at 10:30 PM, we were given a completely different room.

The room was unacceptable in many ways:
• The wall was damaged.
• The jacuzzi was not like the one shown in the photos.
• There was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere, and cigarette butts were even found on the floor.
• The room had a very bad odor.
• There was no working air conditioning or ventilation system, only a small high window.
• The booking mentioned a “landmark view”, but there was no view at all.

Additionally, breakfast was listed as included in our booking, but when we asked about it, we were told that this hotel does not offer breakfast at all.
Also, our booking stated that check-out was at 12:00 PM, but the hotel staff told us it was actually at 10:00 AM.

We stayed in the room for only 12 hours, and for the amount we paid, this was a terrible value. We had previously stayed at another hotel for two nights and paid half the price—and that hotel was clean and comfortable.

We truly expected a luxury experience based on the listing, but unfortunately, we were misled. I warn other travelers to be cautious of this misleading hotel.

Please investigate this issue and take the appropriate action. I have photos available that clearly show the discrepancies.

The whole experience was a disaster. I payed for triple superior room for my parents which according to the photos was supposed to be very spacious, sunny and clean but they received a completely different, small, dark and dirty one. The bedsheets were thrown in the wardrobe, the whole furniture was dirty and broken, with holes in it. The electricity sockets were without covers which is very dangerous.
I wrote to the hotel to ask them what’s happening with my reservation because my parents don’t speak English but I didn’t receive an answer. Still my mom asked if the reservation can be cancelled and they told her no. They don’t even gave them new room because according to their words the hotel was full.
I think this hotel is a complete scam and it should not be considered as an option.

My experience at this hotel was a complete nightmare. At the reception, there were two men who simply asked for my confirmation number without checking my passport or providing any information about my room’s floor or the breakfast time. They just handed me the keys, and that was it. I had to ask several times which floor my room was on, but one of them didn’t understand English. It was only on the third attempt that he finally signaled the number 3 with his hands.

When I entered the room, I found it dirty, the sheets and towels were not clean. I left my luggage there and went out to eat at a nearby restaurant. About an hour later, when I returned to the hotel, I was met with a shocking scene: a fight had broken out in the reception between the hotel staff and some men. I didn’t feel safe, especially since the entire hotel seemed to be occupied only by men who were unprofessional.

I immediately went up to my room, grabbed my belongings, and decided to leave. As I exited, I handed the keys back to the receptionist and told him I didn’t want to stay. He simply replied, “OK.” I then called a taxi and went to another hotel.
