Room unavailable despite confirmed booking
Cons:

I arrived in the middle of the night and the reception guy told me they have no more rooms. I said I have a reservation. It didn’t matter. He just wanted to sleep instead.

I booked the room as I reached the airport and took a taxi out so I was there in under 10 minutes. I doubt the rooms have all filled up in that time at 4 in the morning given that there were still available online. Just one more on the Indian hospitality for the day!
