The staff is very nice and try to help with everything,the place is not comfortable at all.
Pros:

The property has a good location , but very noisy at night , so we could not sleep.

Cons:

The property is really modest . The stairs are very difficult to go up , and save light system are not helping to see the steps, because some areas are dark.The bathroom is really small. They have a heater at the entrance , and my husband’s jacket was burn on his back when he stand up In that tiny space to go up to the room, just for a moment. Very dangerous !!!

Séjour hôtel décevant
Cons:

Séjour très décevant.
Des bars à proximité diffusent de la musique très forte bien après minuit, rendant le sommeil impossible.
Le problème a été signalé à la réception, qui a confirmé que le bruit était permanent et qu’aucune solution (y compris changement de chambre) n’était possible.
J’ai été contraint de quitter l’établissement.
Malgré plusieurs démarches, aucune réponse de l’hôtel à ce jour concernant le remboursement des nuits non consommées.

Шикарное расположение! Очень дружелюбный персонал Приятная наша землячка Айерке, максимально помогала нам. При выезде хозяин подарил нам кофе. Спасибо большое за приятные впечатления.

Pros:

Шикарное местоположение! Практически на улице Истикляль(второе здание от нее) как раз между Галатской башней и площадью Таксим. До Галата порта 10 минут на машине. Пешком примерно минут 20-30. Включен завтрак. Идут косметические работы, что приятно для будущих посещений. Проживанию совершенно не мешает, зато симпатично смотрится.

Немного уставшая сантехника, но сказали что поменяют

Pros:

Взял резервацию почти не глядя за смешные деньги, приоритетом было расположение в центре Стамбула . После начал читать отзывы и пришел в ужас. В итоге в отеле оказалось все классно. Уровень обычной тройки в Турций . Номера просторные, обычные даже для турецкой отели. Убираются каждый день очень хорошо.
К слову в Таксиме из центральных отелей в той стороне Пера был самый шикарный так-то. На рецепции никто не хамит, все веселые и милые, никаких проблем вообще, Ресепсионистка знает Русский, трудностей не было. CEO отелей ну вообще люди с добрым сердцем, с яркими улыбками. Был рада познакомиться с такими людьми.

Cons:

+ вообще рядом столько кафешек где можно поесть что душе угодно за копейки. Бутики все известные, сладости популярные турецкие.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Otel hem çok temiz hem de oldukça konforluydu. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Konumu da çok iyi olduğu için her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Tekrar geldiğimide kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

В целом, для ночлега это неплохой вариант. Однако есть, куда расти
Pros:

Главное преимущество отеля - расположение. Я от остановки havaist идти 10 мин.
Также хочу отметить прекрасный, очень дружелюбный персонал. Есть очень приятная русскоговорящая девушка.
Завтрак тоже вполне приличный, правда поздно начинается.
По ночам действительно шумно, но это не вина отеля, так как само место тусовочное, тишины там никак не добиться.

Cons:

Номер кардинально отличается о того, что на фото. Стены ободраны, пол тоже. Очень неуютно, не хватает ковра и картины, как было на фото. Душ ржавый и держится на честном слове, напор воды слабый.

Für feierlustige Personen ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet, Ruhe kann man dort nicht erwarten.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Man hat sich um meine Anliegen umgehend gekümmert.

Cons:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, allerdings war es sehr laut, da sie direkt an einer Straße mit Bars und eine Straße mit starkem Fahrbetrieb/Autos, Taxis usw. liegt.

Pros:

It was easy access in Istaklal Street. But hotel is a bit small. The lady on reception cant speak English that is bit weird and problematic. Initially i was disliking the hotel but we met Ms . Fati. She is really nice . Good English speaking and solved our problems. She serves very nice breakfast too

Not what we expected
Pros:

The hotel location is very central and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the difference between the pictures and reality. The room was not particularly clean, the shower leaked every time we used it due to worn-out silicone, and the toilet seat was completely detached. In addition, the radiators were fully on, making the room uncomfortably hot, and there was no way for us to adjust the temperature.
Last but not least, the hotel is located above a club, and the windows do not block out the noise. We still managed to sleep fairly well, but the music continued until 1–2 a.m. before finally stopping.
Overall, the place has great potential, but unfortunately it feels a bit neglected and in need of better maintenance.

Pros:

Guests consistently rate the location very highly — it’s just a few steps from İstiklal Street, one of Istanbul’s most famous pedestrian streets lined with shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants.

Cons:

I did not enjoy the nightlife noise. The loud music from nearby clubs and bars continued until 5:00 a.m. every day, which made it very difficult for me to sleep well. If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the right place for you.
Another downside was the breakfast. It is served from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., which starts quite late, especially for guests who like to begin their day early. In addition, breakfast was served on a single plate with a very small amount of food, which I found disappointing.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the noise and breakfast experience affected my stay
