Pros:

Everything. The bed was amazing, slept amazingly, nice soft pillows, breakfast was a 10, bathroom is great, nice service, love the arcade, pool was cold, everything was a 10

Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. Staff were friendly except for when we first arrived. Rooms were nice, good spacing. Wireless charger by bedside. Consistent hot water for showers.

Cons:

When we first arrived. Didnt feel welcoming until they knew we we checking in. Also didnt get much information about the surrounding area. Not until our 3rd day we asked and were provided pamphlets. Parking was difficult with having a baby with a stroller though. Laundry/linen wasnt changed for entire 4 day stay.

Pros:

De bedden.

Cons:

De locatie. Je kon alles van buiten horen. Het was super gehorig.

Bij het inchecken werden we opgewacht met een bellende medewerker (best normaal) maar hij had zijn voet tegen de muur en leek erg on geïnteresseerd.

Parkeren was ook één grote ramp. Voor de deur is er bijna geen parkeerplek waardoor je moet parkeren tegenover het hotel boven op de parkeergarage (terwijl je wel het volledige parkeer geld moet betalen)

Housekeeping was ook niet optimaal. We verbleven er 3 nachten (0x is het vuil of de handdoeken vervangen) we moesten zelf naar de lobby gaan met onze vieze handdoeken om ze om te ruilen voor schone.

Kamer Bij binnenkomst hing er een zeer muffe geur uit eindeloos hebben we die weg kunnen krijgen met onze eigen parfum te spuiten en de airco aan te zetten.

It was decent. They could do better at cleaning the rooms and bathrooms.

Hiccups are bound to happen, but overall our stay turned out okay.
Pros:

Had fun using the pancake machine. Would have liked scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, but overall it was good.

Cons:

Our room was okay, but I didn’t like having to reach for the bathroom tissue. I really hated to hear how the situation with our granddaughters’ two (2) unclean rooms was handled. We had used our credit card to pay for their room, and I feel a credit to our card would be nice to receive since they ended up cleaning their room themselves. Better communication with the client is necessary. If a room needs to be changed, please have it truly cleaned before moving the client to another room that was also unclean. It’s the client who needs to be satisfied and staff’s perception of clean may differ from the client.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and the location was great.

Cons:

I requested that we needed tissues (all gone) and paper towels (almost gone) in the room. They did a very quick sweep of the room. There was no mat for the bathroom floor, only clean towels and I had to put the plastic liner on the large garbage can under the sink. The dirty wash rag which I used was not replaced.

Will visit again we are from California. It's very convenient.
Pros:

The front desk was unbelievable, so friendly and accommodating we didn't think they would find a room for us, but we are on the side where we heard the train and it was very annoying. They accommodated us immediately recommended a local restaurant we even brought flyers over from the restaurant everybody was so nice Josephine in the kitchen was top-notch always with a smile on her face.
