Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Our restaurant Arte 66 Restaurant & Bar is strictly formal / smart casual with no shorts and slippers. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the restaurant for our Lunch, High-Tea and Dinner sessions. Due to limited seatings, reservations are required prior to dining and walk-ins are subject to table availability. The restaurant reserves the right to deny service to guests who do not adhere to these policies.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s a nice if your just looking to take pictures of post on social media on a picture it looks great but the reality is

It was very high so lovely view, bed was nice, TV offer a range of movies and a shop down stairs

Cons:

It was dirty, lift was dodgey, lots of steps everywhere (not disabled friendly), key cards not working, food not the best, coffee not the best, juice not the bed, fridge was an oven (actually heat in up our drinks), chipped tiles everywhere, trying to be something it’s not

The staff is all very friendly

Cons:

The lift is very slow and the room furniture is not as good as picture. The bedside power plug is very far. And not user friendly at all.

La chambre est très confortable et remplie d'accessoires. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre et la salle de bain. L'hôtel possède pleins d'accès et divertissement.

樓層高所以風景很棒，整個飯店及餐廳設計很奢華！家庭房空間蠻大的，不過床鋪及床頭櫃有看到一些黃漬。從停車場到電梯的標示比較不清楚，要慢慢找直接到66樓；可能比較早使用早餐，單點的蛋等了好久，但整體蠻好吃的！

Bread not soft , hard like an expired bread.
Fried Chicken taste very bad probably not putting in the freezer on time.i ask for change and taste still the same.
Fruits not fresh. Watermelon taste sour like an old one.

Overall food is something for the management to look into it very seriously.
