Would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are coming as a cancer patient

Cons:

Everything- condo needs full renovation - 1st condo had toxic fumes, moved to 2nd condo - both had lots of h2o damage, black mold, dirty floors, run down furniture, old nasty bedding etc…

Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, encantado de volver al mismo lugar. Ciudad 30 minutos, museos 15 minutos, estadio NRG caminando, tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados. Todo muy bien.

The location was perfect for everything we needed. We were literally in the heart of Texas 10-15 mins from everything. The property was very clean and quiet.

Good for the price and location.
Pros:

location close to arenas - basketball and baseball. Grocery store located nearby as well as restaurants in the area. The location was quite also.

We had a great stay and recommended it to my friends and family
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed two nights, so we could visit a family member on Hospice. The location was good and although the building is older, the apartment is very clean and functional. The owner was very responsive and friendly.

Cons:

Be aware there are 3 floors and no elevator. If you’re not use to the climb with luggage and groceries.

Excellent location, the manager/owner very responsive. It was a nice apartment, equipped with everything you need. We had a comfortable stay and will use this place again for future trips to houston.

Highly Recommended
Pros:

We went to Houston for a Supercross race and found this place close enough to the stadium to walk and was a really good price and I liked the fact that they were a gated community so we felt safe leaving our car with our belongings there. I am always leery if something seems to go to be true lol, but this place was great, close to the stadium, clean, comfortable had everything you needed and was roomy. I didn't deal with anyone in person but the people I did deal with via text/email were very professional and pleasant.
