Pros:

Excellent location, the manager/owner very responsive. It was a nice apartment, equipped with everything you need. We had a comfortable stay and will use this place again for future trips to houston.

Pros:

We went to Houston for a Supercross race and found this place close enough to the stadium to walk and was a really good price and I liked the fact that they were a gated community so we felt safe leaving our car with our belongings there. I am always leery if something seems to go to be true lol, but this place was great, close to the stadium, clean, comfortable had everything you needed and was roomy. I didn't deal with anyone in person but the people I did deal with via text/email were very professional and pleasant.

I will totally stay there again. Price was great!
Pros:

The location. It’s close to Krogers. Restaurants are walking distance.
It’s gated. We felt very safe. WiFi is available for our cell phones.
The manager of the property is very nice and professional.

Cons:

Upgrade on television. We weren’t able to sign in for streaming. Other than that, it was great.

Pros:

Great location for the football game. Short walk and lots of dining options nearby as well as a grocery store across the street. The beds were so comfortable, and the furnishings were well kept and nicely appointed.

Cons:

We got a chuckle out of all the patch paint. I'm sorry that guests are disrespectful and cause damage, but it's time to paint the whole wall. The directions were not clear where the walk in gate was located and the facility office is not staffed.
