Exceptional Stay in a Prime Toronto Location

The location is unbeatable—right on Queen Street West, surrounded by amazing restaurants, with easy access to public transit just steps away. I was in the city for an event and needed a quiet space to disconnect afterwards. The venue itself is stylish and well-maintained. My suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like a private patio, parquet flooring, and a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated the quiet, non-smoking environment. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Toronto. I’ll definitely be back!

Disappointing
Pros:

The location, there were lots of restaurants nearby and the price seems cheaper than downtown Toronto which I guess is expected. There is an oven and fridge , honestly that's about it for things we liked

Cons:

This is not a hotel, it is an airbnb. We couldn't reach the property beforehand to ask questions and had booking.com staff contact them too then they replied a day later. the same late response was happening while we were staying there.
Now for the many wrong things, the main door is always open which would be fine if it was a hotel but there is nobody on site to ensure the person yelling at the door wasn't coming in, the key didn't work, the bed is tiny and not for two people, there was blood on the wood of the bed and the shower was barely warm and had zero pressure, it was like rain.. the handle was also gonna fall off. the rooms heating controls were not in our unit, it was in another unit and we slept in the cold the first night because again they don’t have staff on location and they don't reply on time, the place would have potential with different management but I feel scammed and wish I had booked a proper hotel earlier for the same price.
